I liked the support received from ELITAX.

I had a really positive interaction at the beginning of the process with the introduction meeting. I received very pertinent information and it was helpful. Once the tax return was done, the follow up became a little bit harder and not as exhaustive. Ha tried to reach people on a few occasion and never got a reply.

I have used the services of Elitax for several years now and I am always impressed by the team's professionalism, their expertise and how helpful they are. They also speak perfect English which is a real help, as I am not confident using my French just in case there is a misunderstanding or mis-communication on my part. even though i approached them 1 week before the tax filling closure, they managed to meet the tight deadline and submitted the filling on the due date.

Irma answered my questions and did not attempt to convince me to use their services unnecessarily.

I had a free consultation booked with one advisor. The advisor was late without letting me know. After 15 minutes of waiting for her I wrote her asking if we are still having the consultation. She said she will call me a bit later as she is on another meeting. I dont have problem with the meeting being rescheduled or late but would expect to be informed about that in advance.
The call then went well but I had an additional question after the call and she replied to me after 2 months!! I mean why would I work with your advisor if they reply after 2 months? I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

Quick response to.questions aswell the questionnaires was good experience.

Especially the easy communication with Timothy was good as I am a seafarer on.the ocean, he did a few extra miles.

Irma generoulsy took the time to explain to me my options, and offered great and accurate advice regarding my complex situation.
