I ordered replacement parts which they claimed were shipped. However, only 1 part was in the delivery. I raised this straight away and was sent a form to complete - duplicating the information they already had from the order. Then they ghosted me for 3 weeks and I've raised instead with my payment provider.

Very poor experience with their products and customer services. Their repair services is a rip off, they could not even repair one of their own washing machines, but charged £80 call out! I'd never recommend any of their poor products
Shop and customer support cannot calculate 25% discount
I purchased 2 x "ECFB02ST - OdourClean Standard Carbon Filter" advertised at £28.50 (discounted from £37.99).
I was charged £75.98 (the full price).
The discount should be about £18.98.
After getting through on their web chat, I was able to secure a discount. However, the next day an email stated that I had been refunded only £9.49.
I replied to the email and got no response.
I then wasted an entire lunch break trying to get the remaining £9.49 refunded. They initially offered me a refund of just under £15 but when I pointed out (for the 2nd time) that I had already been refunded £9.49 they reduced that to just under £5.
Unwisely, I persisted trying to get the correct additional £9.49 refunded and had to terminate the chat after about 45 minutes wasted because I ran out of lunch break.
I will be very wary of using this shop again.
Edit: they did eventually refund just under £15 in total. Increased review score to 2 stars.

Bought a fridge freezer from John Lewis which failed after 4 years (3 year warranty). Contacted electrolux who offered a fixed price repair - and i wish i hadn't bothered.
So far its been 10 weeks and its still not fixed - the engineer comes out at best every 2 weeks and tries one thing, doesn't wait to see if it works and closes the job. Constantly have to ring Pacifica (subcontractor) to rebook.
Todays was the best - can't fix it as i've put my tools away / moved onto the next job.
If you are reading this don't buy from them. If you are considering a repair don't bother and save your money and sanity.
Problem diagnosed and next steps advised
Callum was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly and explained what the problem was. It turned out we had a dodgy electrical socket, which he identified without much trouble. He was clear about what needed to be done and detailed next steps
DON'T BUY ELECTROLUX / IKEA WHITE GOODS
Worst experience of all time trying to have an IKEA fridge repaired or replaced under warranty - rude outsourced team who fobbed us off; kept us on hold; promised they were waiting for the 'technical' team to respond... AVOID AVOID AVOID. Don't buy IKEA white goods and absolutely don't buy anything from Electrolux. Even the engineer they sent out said their stuff is terrible quality and he would never buy it.
Electrolux service RUBBISH
I have a gas hob from IKEA that turns out to be an Electrolux appliance. After three years, it developed a gas leak. I contacted IKEA who said contact Electrolux. Electrolux were useless, making lots of promises they didn't keep, avoiding talking to me (why was she always on a break?). Eventually I contacted the company they employ to do the actual repair who told me the part Electrolux said was unavailabole, was actually available and they came the next day to fit it.
Three months later and it's leaking gas again. Contacted Electrolux who said they would authorise a replacement hob and will contact IKEA to arrange. Two weeks later, they haven't sent the authorisation to IKEA. Now sat on phone getting fobbed off by people yet again not available - feels like it's a company policy to sicken customers off until they go elsewhere for the warranty repair.
The customer service of this company is a complete joke.
Never buy Electrolux if you value peace of mind.
And to IKEA, please change your provider (my contact with them has been good) they are giving you a bad name.
Great! A replacement part, but over-packaged
I can confirm that my part arrived very promptly and safely.
However, I want to flag my concern about the over-packaging. It was a microwave turntable in a box 0.5m by 0.5m.
We are living in a time of climate change, and all of us have to play our part. I replace and repair wherever possible, so it was the right thing to order this replacement part. But could this not have come in a smaller box? Or what about a click and collect service? (I could have cycled to my local Currys, for example.)
If we all make the small changes now, we might avoid the massive changes later.

I had to buy a 3rd set of drawers for my fridge freezer. They just crack and are extremely poor materials. As even with the lightest use they crack. Extremely disappointed this continues to happen. Why can’t they be strengthened. Extremely expensive and happening for the third time. Can this be normal. I think not.
So many one star reviews well earned
It is no surprise that this company has such a high volume of one-star reviews.
My experience reflects a consistent pattern: advertised delivery commitments are not honoured, timelines quietly slip, and when challenged, the company attempts to rewrite the rules after the fact. A delivery explicitly sold as “5–6 days” took significantly longer, with no proactive communication or revised estimate. When this failure was raised, responsibility was deflected rather than addressed.
What is most concerning is the approach taken once the issue is escalated. Instead of acknowledging a failure to deliver the service as contracted, the company hides behind “internal procedures” and returns workflows that appear designed to override EU and Irish consumer law. Consumers are told that refunds, including delivery and return costs, cannot be confirmed in advance, even where the delay is clearly the trader’s fault. That position is not aligned with EU consumer protection regulations, which are very clear that costs arising from a trader’s failure cannot be passed onto the consumer.
This is not a case of goodwill or discretion. It is about basic compliance with consumer law. Attempting to shift the burden onto the customer, inventing internal rules, or reframing a delivery failure as a standard return is simply not acceptable.
Based on this experience, the volume of one-star reviews makes complete sense. The issue is not logistics delays — those happen — it is the refusal to take responsibility, the moving of goalposts, and the disregard for statutory consumer rights once money has already been taken.
I would strongly caution anyone ordering from this company to be prepared to enforce their rights, because they will not be volunteered.
Moved into a new build last July
Moved into a new build last July. A appliance were unfortunately Electrolux had nothing but problems either my fridge. Constantly freezing or getting mass amounts of water. Food constantly being ruined think we are on about visit 6 still awaiting parts.
Our oven came with a broken shelf, phoned and told because it was without the 60days to email them, two emails absolutely no reply.
Asked again on the phone to be told because it wasn’t reported in the first 60 days nothing they can do, I asked about the 2 year warranty and told this was not covered.
Absolute shambles of a company will NOT buy from them again.

Bought an Electrolux fridge freezer. Was promised a €50 money back voucher from Electrolux. Followed all the instructions and surprise surprise - no €50 back. Feels like false advertising to me
Engineers poorly trained
Dishwasher error wouldn't clear, engineer came out for free (under warranty). Claimed it was fixed, it wasn't but didn't realise until he had gone. 2 more visits, more parts replaced (£200 pcb, luckilly free), worked for a month or too. Same error, wouldn't work, engineer again, different one. A pipe had an air block and was full of grease. That had been the problem all along. No issues since.

Cant get the sales team to take the call. I need 12 appliances and they have put me on hold for 40 minutes so far. What do you need to do to speak to someone so you place a potential order. The hold music is awful also
Terrible experience - a waste of money
My experience with Electrolux has been abysmal. Not only is their customer service disrespectful, unprofessional and sleazy in its sales strategies, but their insurance offering is completely misleading.
I was told that by paying a monthly fee, all repairs would be covered and that replacement would be an option if the appliance could not be repaired. Despite this, my oven has still not been repaired, and they are refusing to replace it on the basis that some functions still work, even though the appliance is clearly faulty and not operating as it should.
Overall, the service does not reflect what was promised, and I would not recommend Electrolux to anyone.

We’ve moved into a new build and so far it’s been the worst experience with Electrolux. Their helpline tried but their engineer company is ridiculous. 2 failed visits and awful service. I wish we didn’t have Electrolux appliances.
An absolute nonsense of a company
My dishwasher broke in September. It's now mid December and it still hasn't been fixed.
Every time a new appointment is made I seem to have to wait a minimum of 10 days, appointments then get cancelled without any notice meaning I've wasted days of annual leave waiting for an engineer to arrive.
There is absolutely no urgency to get the issue fixed from either AEG, Pacifica, or Electrolux AND they have the gall to take your money up front so they lock you in to this Kafkaesque nonsense.
Had I known what I know now I'd have just bought a new washing machine, however as they've taken £160 of my money to not fix my washing machine, I can't afford to buy a new one.
Very likely I won't have a dishwasher working over the Christmas holidays which is just fabulous news.

Most companies will give you the option of having someone call you back if their customer service reps are busy, but not this one, and the chat service is equally maddening. ALSO, there seems to be no way to contact them by email. It's as if they don't give a damn about their customers. How these people manage to stay in business is beyond me
fridge/freezer ENN2743AOV FAILURE
We have a fridge/freezer ENN2743AOV.
It came with out new build property and failed with-in 5 years but conveniently outside of their 2 year guarantee.
I am not talking about something that broke and needed a repair, the technician said the whole thing would need to be replaced and completely had failed and there was no fixing it.
This is not a brand that is meant to go the distance. They do not stand behind their product either, I called to tell them that the hole product failed and they said they could send me to their sales team so I could be a new one. As if I would purchase another to fail in 5 years. No thank you.
If you want quality than do not buy an Electrolux Fridge/Freezer
