Great service, Great products, 5 stars from me!

Firstly I started out with this company buying my first ebike kit from them back in 2016 or there abouts. From memory a small man run team and customer service was excellent. Fast forward today and business has grown but perhaps still that same small man team however at expense of customer service. I tried to call with a query and every time greated with voice mail. I used the "live" support to receive a email response quite a number of days later. Almost a month passed I sent a follow up email and soon after my order was signed off as dispatched "great news" that was basiclly what I was chasing up. The lack of communication or slow follow up is why I've marked them down a star. The item arrived as described and all seems in order( ebike battery haven't tested yet) but visually all looks great. I'd suggest at the magnatude the business has grown to perhaps hire someone to handle customer service and support queries to take pressure off the main team. In any case thank you guys. I do recommend you.

Great helpful service, bought a heavy duty mid drive ebike, solid shout and help me every time I have a silly question on email.

The company communicated with me promptly and in a friendly fashion. They even advised me that I could get parts form another company if they didn't think the parts they offered had the correct connections. The product arrived the next day and was perfect.

I was in the market for an e bike conversion kit and I wanted to buy from someone who could not only steer me in the right direction, but someone I could contact in the event of any issues.
I spoke to Yousif at Electric Bike Conversions, who was very helpful and recommended the Toseven DM01 as it had the torque sensing ability I required.
The kit arrived when predicted, which I installed myself with the help of various YouTube videos.
Yousif very kindly sent me some hydraulic brake sensor cables, free of charge, as the ones supplied were for mechanical brakes.
I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend the Toseven kit and
Electric Bike Conversions.

Yes, all okay. Bit of a delay with work being carried out due to parts being delivered but all went very well. Very pleased with the service.

I contacted EBC in regards to wanting a conversion kit, not knowing a thing about any of it. Yousef soon got back to me and pointed me in the right direction, not just to the most expensive kit he could sell me (like most places) but for what suited my needs the best. Absolutely great customer service, great knowledge and I will be back shortly for another kit for the Mrs!!

Bought a cyc x1 gen 4. Kit was easy to install. Knowledge from company was good and helped inform the choice of kit. Needed a longer speed sensor cable which was ordered after the kit but no problem.
Drive chain spring tensioner broke but was replaced under warranty straight away.
Good addition to my cargo bike. 30 mile range with two kids in the back.

My second purchase of a conversion kit the X1pro gen4 (last one was stolen under a thousand miles) and the process was so easy and professional for me and I was also given a refund for the fact that I had already bought one and for the return custom .
The delivery time was so quick as well as soon as they received the X1pro kit it was quality checked and overnight courier was on my doorstep at 7.30 the next morning .
They have all the spares and knowledge of all the products that they retail will never be using another company for my cyc needs

Due to my own foolishness I damaged my old Tongsheng drive a few days before setting off on a three week tour. Nobody else could help but EBC were fantastic. They found me a second hand unit that matched mine, overhauled it in double quick time and I was back on the road just in time for my big trip.

The new drive performed faultlessly cycling over mountain roads in Corsica, Italy and the Balkans, hauling me and my camping gear.

I bought a rear wheel drive kit from electric bike conversions, which I think came from Cyclotricity. The kit was a bit delayed in being delivered, but they gave me a free upgrade to compensate. I had a little difficulty in getting it to work initially, but the support from Yousif and Mark was excellent, and it now works fine. I would recommend this conversion kit as it's much cheaper than buying an off-the-shelf e-bike. Graham Martin, Cornwall

I received my Gen4 Kit within the quoted 3 weeks delivery time. I have now fitted it (after doing a mod to the hanger mounting) and completed 100 miles. I am very pleased with the kit and would like to thank Mark and Yousif for their help. They can be hard to get hold of sometimes but they always return the call. It would be good to have a bigger battery (like a 72V 20-25 Ah to give slightly more range. In conclusion I had a very satisfactory experience with EBC.

I had my Pashley ladies bike fitted with an electric motor and I am so pleased that I did the conversion. I bought the kit from Electric Bike Conversions and they advised me really well about the best motor and battery to buy and then Bike Bros fitted it neatly and professionally. They provided a 6 week check up to make any adjustments i needed and also i could ask any questions I had having used it for a while. Very impressed with the results.

After getting nowhere with CYC after my Photon motor developed a fault. I sent the kit to Electric Bike Conversions so they could look at it and get it sorted. So even though I bought the Photon directly from CYC Electric Bike Conversions diagnosed the problem and eventually managed to get me a complete new motor system which is now working fine. So very happy and special thanks to Yousif at EBC who dealt with the problem.

I was interested in using the CYC Photon conversion kit on a full suspension mountain bike. I called EBC and talked to Yousif who was super helpful and was happy that the Photon was a good option and so I placed an order for it and an a-series battery.

Shipping took a few weeks but Mark at EBC was very communicative throughout the process.

The conversion process was well described by CYC and was painless.

I've only put a few miles on the Photon so far but I am very happy with it. Great packaging, low noise and super responsive.

I would not hesitate to use EBC again.

Just like to post this review regard the product and experience dealing with EBC. Mark and Yousif were fantastic, they explained the product, guided me through the whole process and helped along the way as this was a fit by myself.

They keep me informed on time for deliver and responded via email in hours and out of hours.

I have recommended my friend who is going down a similar conversion route and would not hesitate to pass on anyone else.

The product I purchased was top quality and the instructions that come in the kit via a QR code are brilliant and easy to work too.

Getting hold of these guys via phone is delayed at times but they always, always call back. Email is best form of coms.
