Same as everyone else. Ordered a shirt for Father’s Day on May 29th and it hasn’t arrived despite their advertising saying that it would have. I checked on my order and it hasn’t even printed yet they won’t allow me to cancel my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS 'COMPANY'! Same as the other reviews...ordered June 3rd in time for Fathers day. Today is Fathers day and all I get is a confirmation email saying they received my order. If I don't hear something different next week i will dispute the charge with my bank.

Same as so many other reviews - saw their add on social media, placed an order on May 28th to be sure to receive it before Father's Day. To this day, the confirmation number shows that they have received my order, but haven't sent it to print yet. I'm unable to cancel my order, and get a refund, because it's already "in production". Beyond frustrating. Seriously lacking at the customer service department.

Ordered May 26th for Father's Day, item still has not printed and no idea when it will ship. Original email said 5-15 days, now the website says 10-20 days. I chatted with the support online and they said it is printing and the online system is not updating properly but still not able to give a ship date, which seems shady because if it is printing they should know when that will be done.

I will not ever order from this company again.My children wanted to order a shirt for my husband for fathers day. They said outside shipping was 20 days. It does not even show the shirt having printed yet and tomorrow is Fathers Day. I ordered the shirt about thirty days ago. I am a small business owner and we ship stuff all the time so I get processing time and Covid Delays but this is absurd. I am not happy. I am debating if I need to dispute the charges with my bank.

Saw their ad on social media. Placed an order on June 6th for a Father's Day shirt June 21st. "Still being prepared to print" -as of June 19th. It will not arrive in time. Called the number but it goes straight to a fast busy signal. No response, no present, I'm out $30. Do not order from these guys.

I saw one of their ads posted on social media. Placed an order for Father's Day on June 1. Their site said orders would be processed and shipped in 5 to 10 days. It is June 18 and I still have not heard anything from them about my order. It says it has been processed and it is being printed but that is it. It's a tshirt with no custom design. I have no idea why it is taking this long to get any sort of an update. Don't order from them.

Ordered a "Father's Day" shirt on May 31st. Got charged for the shirt AND the shipping on that day. Total of $30 for one item.
Emailed their customer service since Father's day is Sunday and I still have no tracking number only to be told my order isn't even printed yet and doesn't have a potential ship date before June 29th. Can't get a refund and they're blaming Covid. Which I get is messing with timing, thats why I ordered a month in advance. 5-6weeks after charge is way past a minor delay and should be noted on their website prior to purchase.

This company is a scam. Whoever does their social media ads is posting from Vietnam, and I ordered a T-shirt for Father's Day - they charged me, and didn't provide me with a receipt or confirmation email. I ordered it weeks ago, and I can't track my order without an order number, but they didn't give me one! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered gifts for Father’s Day three weeks ago with no shipping date in sight. So much for the $70 I spent on gifts. I’ll have to buy something from a reputable site last minute. I continue to get the same email response no matter what I ask. Wondering how I can cancel since I clearly won’t be receiving my order.

I ordered a shirt in response to an ad that said order now and receive by Father's Day. I emailed them today (4 days before Father's Day) to be informed I will not receive the gift until July sometime. They have agreed to process a refund, that could take 7 to 10 business days.

* Update it was pushed back AGAIN and they will not allow me to talk to an actual person or give me an exact date for delivering my purchase. I only recieve generic email responses.*** placed my order at the end of May and it has been pushed back twice. I understand delays but it has been delayed twice. I requested to cancel since it would not be here in time for what I needed and they said it could not be cancelled because it was in production. However they have only recieved my order they have not processed it in any way. Considering the cost I am very disappointed at this time. I am also disappointed that there is no one to discuss this with from the company. I do understand these times can place a delay but I ordered mine end of may it is set to maybe come end of June now. When I read the reviews others may have gotten theirs faster under similar situations. My order was for one tshirt not multiple.

Amazing products at economical prices. I was pleasently surprised that my order arrived so quickly, considering I ordered during the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic!

Great communication and prompt delivery. Print quality was wonderful. Hubby loves it!

I also would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service...product sub par. I too questioned them if it was a scam because the service was horrible...DO NOT ORDER!

DO NOT BUY!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a scam. I ordered items and have tried to contact them repeatedly regarding the fact that they keep dropping my street name from the delivery address. Items were shipped but returned because my house number was listed without the street name. I have emailed multiple times only to receive generic messages with bs employee names. If a live person would actually read the email, the problem could have been resolved. I tried calling yesterday but had no way to talk to a live person either. I got the same generic message bs on the phone too. I will be disputing the transaction with my bank and getting my money back. DO NOT BUY!!!
