I would not have given any stars if that was an option. Ordered a shirt on June 6 and 30 days later still haven’t received it. There is no customer service to speak of. No answers to email, live chat times, or phone options. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

Absolutely terrible response time. No customer service. Ordered a shirt for father day on June 3. It’s now July 4th and it has not shipped. Should have arrived on time based on their COVID info. Emailed for update. Sent generic email it was shipping the next day- July 1st. Still hasn’t shipped. Very disappointing. Will not order from this site ever again.

I ordered a Father's Day shirt on May 26th. My credit card was charged on May 27th. It is now July 3 and I still have no shirt. When trying to contact them by phone, I received a message that there is a processing delay due to COVID. I can have some patience but when my credit card has already been charged, no. Most companies charge when the item is shipped. I will not order from this this company again.

I placed an order on May 29. They said to expect 5 to 10 business days of processing time because of Covid. Still, I was hopeful they might arrive in time for Father's Day. It is now July 2nd and it still says they are in "printing" step, which means it will be even more time until they are prepared for shipping and then sent.

Wife ordered for Fathers Day.. Never came.. Doing research I found the phone number and address for EightyNice.com linked to atleast 15 different "apparel" company names that do tshirts and the others..

some of the names: TeeChip, TeeHippo, Amazing-Tee, cooltrendygifts, tee95 and more.. Stay away at all costs

Ordered a shirt for Father's Day on May 25th. As of July 2 the shirt has still not been received. The confirmation email sent was recalled so I can't access the order number to track my order. Tried contacting them with no response. I have disputed the charge.

Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a shirt for Father's Day on May 27th and have yet to receive it. The website says all orders ship within 5-15 days and mine just started "printing" three days ago. I have emailed twice to dispute the 5-15 days disclaimer they have on their website and was told it takes 20+ days after payment is made, and because of Covid-19 they are behind and please bear with them. They offered me a refund, but at that point it was too late to get my husband anything else. Do not ordered from them.

It has now been over 30 days, Fathers day has come and gone for this year. WORST customer service EVER, can't even communicate with the customer. I could have supported local and had this by now. Never again would I order from this company, you'd think with overpriced items you'd actually receive them in a timely manner

Absolutely do not order from this place! I placed an order on May 26th. They said 5-15 days to ship. Still hasn't shipped a month later. After my multiple complaints, they refunded my account minus shipping even though the item never left their facility. Horrible customer service!!

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered 2 t-shirts for Father's day on May 28th. Today is June 26th and my card has been charged but the shirts have not arrived and the site says they're still preparing to print. Since ordering my identity has been stolen. I will be calling my credit card company momentarily and refuting the charges and add on the hassle of trying to maintain my credit!!!

I ordered June 3rd one T-Shirt. It has not showed up, and is past what was initially stated to be within 5-20 day arrival. I got no response from my first email sent as when I revisited my email confirmation from them it was garbled up, and no longer legible except for key pieces such as order number and days to be delivered.

I have since called their contact number, and got an automated response. I then emailed a claim to their support team, and received another automated response stating I would receive a call from one of their claims representatives within 72 hours. The very next day received a small refund of $8.68 that has yet to post on my account. Still no person contacting me, though, and no shirt. Supposedly never even printed let alone shipped. This site is bogus.

I ordered what was advertised as a "Father's Day" gift shirt on June 2. Still not have received it. I just tried to call the company and was unable to get a live human. I will be reporting to the BBB and also asking my credit card company to refund the charge, as I believe this is a scam.

I placed my order June 2,2020. Never received it.
When tried to contact them, received generic mail with the promise to update the status of the order asap and ship it June 23, 2020. Today is June 23! Tee shirt is not even printed yet!

Placed an order on 6-01-2020, today's date 6-23-2020. It shows that it is still preparing for printing.
Emailed and messaged through messenger. Now I get no responses at all. This was advertised as a fathers day gift. What a joke!

Would give 1 star if I could. Like others, I ordered a father's day gift a month ago. Promised to arrive on time. As of today, STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. I have contacted the company and received an automated email stating that the item will arrive by June 18th. Guess what? It did not. I have submitted a claim to dispute the charge with my credit card since I will clearly get nowhere with the seller.

I was told no, even though the shirt is still "preparing to print" (therefore NOT in production.)

I completely understand having long shipping times especially with all that is going on...that being said, first rule of business...never over-promise and then under-deliver. I am not the kind to write reviews, but I really don't want anyone else to experience this!!

P.S.- I called, emailed, and did everything I could to cancel my order at least a week ago and the only kind of options you get are automated. Like another person said, this company feels like a scam! DON'T BUY FROM HERE!

I ordered something for my brother, his FIRST Father's Day, and this was just such a let-down.

P.S.- I called, emailed, and did everything I could to check on the orders at least a week ago and the only kind of options you get are automated. I feel very confident this is a scam and feel like an idiot for falling for it, hook, line, and sinker. Please learn from my mistake.

Ordered t-shirt from them for father's day on May 27th. 25 days later (17 business days) still no shirt, despite the fact when I ordered the company gave an ETA of 5 to 15 business days. Called to talk to someone, it was only an automated service that told me the shirt would be processed in about 5 business days. So who knows when I will actually get this shirt or if I will get this shirt.

If the business was not able to ship before father's day, they should not have advertised for father's day and then gave an incorrect shipment day.

I ordered over 4 weeks ago...

I actually liked the products on this website, but now I know I can't order from them if I need a gift on time for a special occasion.
