Ethan came right on the appointed time with a ladder. After he has completed the EICR inspection, he offered to help with other electrical issues in the property. He was very kind and easy to communicate with. I will use their services for any electrical work in the future.

Only negative was that the engineer was running late (arrived 12ish despite 8-11am timeframe), which is fine, except I wasn’t informed until 11:30ish.

Easy to book, they had early appointments I could sign up for. Nice chap came over and serviced the boiler in a timely manner. Very punctual as well, within the time frame given. Visit was on a Friday noon and cert came on Tuesday morning. Would recommend and use again

I have used this company for several years but they have really let me down this time. I got my annual gas safety and boiler check done and when the certificate was sent through there was a mistake on the date for the next inspection. I have emailed 3 times and spoken to someone to get it rectified and it still hasn’t been done nearly a month later. Very disappointed and won’t be using them again.
