Had a deadlock fitted to the back door and hook lock fitted to the side door of my Transit van on site in February 2024. The fitters were on time very efficient and friendly. Roll on 10 months and the hook lock had an intermittent problem unlocking and locking. Rang Ed-lock and they said they would send someone out to me. As I was only 10mins from their headquarters I said I would come to them. They sorted out the problem straight away and made me a coffee while I waited. Would recommend Ed-lock 100%. Customer service second to none. Thank you.

Would be the first of many orders from my Locksmith Shops but they sold me a Pack of IC Cores used as new. Just opened the plastic bag, sent the picture and they told me was used. degusting.

Ordered several identical locks, there was no option or documentation on how they would be keyed. So I assumed they'd be keyed alike. Took 11 days to arrive during which there was no communication about the order status. When they arrived, the locks were all keyed differently. Contacted support to see what could be done and only got a terse response that they do not offer a keyed alike option. This company needs serious work on their communication at every point.

Great service, arranged date to get locks fitted to van with Terri over live chat, explained everything fully, very helpful. Then spoke to Joe to confirm engineer to confirm a time the night before, again, great service. Engineers turned up on time at 8am, locks done and fitted in an hour.
Would highly recommend, customer service and workmanship first class.

I have used Ed-Lock to fit the full lock package to my vans. They are very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy guys….!!!!

I ordered 3 key's from them cut to fit locks I own. 1 key would not work at all, the other 2 had burrs from the cutting process that had to be cleaned up to even fit in the keyway.

I would not order from again. I did try to contact them to work something out but never heard back.

I ordered a Hercular MT5 Double Cylinder Deadbolt. My order was processed, shipped and arrived sooner than expected. I called customer service to order additional products and their customer service phone support and email support was excellent. I am not sure why people are complaining. I would Recommend and purchase again. Thank You

Shady company, will not take back the product if you write on the box is unheard of. Who care about box?
Want to charge you for shipping it back to you after you ship to them for return.
Very poor customer, the guy on the phone was very rude and the woman on the back was telling him what to say,,,

I needed 4 Schlage panic bar exit devices, I called ED Locks to see if they we stock as I needed them next day. I was told they had them and would be to my company the next day. Great service!

The worst customer service i have ever experienced. would not take a return on a FAULTY part. do not buy from these guys SCAMMERS! The FAULTY part did not work on the FIRST TIME we tried to use it and they are blaming it on dirt. Are you kidding me?

They are excellent in customer service! Always answered email quickly. Worked really hard to get a problem I had with a lock installed. I will use them again and would highly recommend.

Low price advertised on line and on their web site. When I purchased the item, I was told "we don't have it in stock but can get it for you" for nearly 3 times what the advertised cost was. I questioned the owner about the integrity of this matter and his response was "would you rather I told you we don't have it in stock?"
Don't trust the advertised pricing from this retailer!

Easy to navigate and use when trying to order or get information on locks and equipment

From the very beginning Melhem was able to work with me to figure out what I needed and the best way to go about getting it. We emailed back and forth and made he the whole experience comfortable and easy to get Exactly the parts I needed. Appreciate all the help and would recommend.

Ordered a lock on a different site and was called by that company and told that even though the pictures item on the website and the description showed what I needed, the part that I ordered was wrong. I had given pricing to customer based on the website and was told the actual item I needed would he over 100 more. Found exactly what I needed on edlocks for cheaper.

Ease of ordering. Fast receipt if product.

This deadbolt has stopped the wouldbe thiefs in their tracks - they have tried to enter but cannot get through the door - they no longer try to enter our premises.

BUT... one thing we did not consider is that it also WON'T LET US ENTER! We live in Alaska and our cold weather won't let us enter the building until we defrost the lock so the key will work.

If you have a solution to this problem we would gladly love to hear it.
