The scarf I ordered did not arrive so I was refunded. I was told that the design I had ordered was now sold out and yet the company are still advertising it.

Not been delivered
I ordered the scarf on the 28th September and haven’t received it yet. I’ve been on the EVRI site and they say there’s a delay. Is this EVRI speak for they’ve lost it? I was looking forward to getting the scarf, it looks lovely, but I thought it would be here by now. Could you look into this for me please, kind regards

Incorrect advertising
The colours & design of the scarf is lovely but it was advertised as COTTON. It is not cotton at all but POLYESTER ! Very disappointing.

Beautiful scarf, great size as could be used over a swimsuit as a sarong. Good delivery time and nicely wrapped in tissue.
I feel it would be even more luxurious if the fabric was soft and silky as it would make a fantastic stole over an evening outfit
