Great customer service
I highly recommend shopping at Blooms & Bicycles. I placed an order from Germany and wasn't aware of the high customs fees that apply when shipping from the UK. Ashleigh was very helpful and even gave me a partial refund so I wouldn't have to cover the costs. She was always very friendly and responsive, and provided detailed information about the shipping. The package arrived very quickly and was beautifully packaged.

Amazing!! I can’t rate Ashleigh and her company highly enough. They were the only place to stock a beautiful bag I wanted for a wedding. It was out of stock everywhere else. Ordering was simple and it arrived fast. The packaging it arrived in was exquisite! It felt like opening a present to myself - it was such a delight to open it. The bag itself is stunning and excellent quality. I love that it is sustainably produced too. I had so many compliments about the bag.
