The initial photography and quick delivery time were great. However once I inspected the photos they were very poorly edited and all looked incredibly washed out compared to my peers photos. I attempted to contact them multiple times through their online portal however, I have had no response. I feel incredibly dissapointed that my professional photos of a once in a lifetime event are not upto the standard that is expected when paying such a premium. I hope that this review reaches the right people and that my issue can be resolved.

The website is awful! It kept changing the language to Welsh. The links given for the app.graduation uni register doesn't work (I tried multiple Internet browsers). I had to keep refreshing the photography section as it kept saying there was no items to purchase there.
After 3 solid hours of trying it finally worked but still cannot get onto the uni register and had to put "link does not work" for this section on my order.

I have returned a purchase at my own expense - no free returns.
Recorded delivery.
A week later I have not been told whether it has been received and whether I will receive a refund. Two chaser e- mails. This is a substantial amount of money. Really bad service.

Had son's graduation photos through today in a bent box. Photos also bent. Not happy!

The people at my graduation were really friendly and helpful so no issue there. However I just can't get behind the pricing at all.
Renting a gown for 2 hours to be given back, for 56 great british pounds youd expect to keep it.

Photos, lovely woman, but me and my dad were in and out in less than 5 minutes. 3 of my pictures ended up being me with my eyes closed. £80 for DIGITAL DOWNLOADS of 3 of my photos with zero editing? Thats essentially more than 25 quid for someone to send you a pdf.

Lovely people and very professional, but the prices are ridiculous and they do it because they know you'll pay it for your special day.

Awful experience with this company. Barely a week was given to select photos after graduation otherwise they would be selected for me. Could not even view. Emails received over weekends, giving only a 24hr period. The system was confusing, purchasing different packages was unclear what was order and missing items such as paying for general photos, a standard photography package, was poorly labelled only offering frames. On the day personnel were slow and in a poor mood. Prices expensive.

The way this is a total scam! I bought digital downloads for professional pictures of my graduation (most important day of my life) and apparently have to wait 6 weeks to get them? They make the pictures blurry and have their banner all over it so u can barely even see the photo. I’m so shocked that esteemed university institutions in russell group rankings choose this service. Six weeks for digital images is so odd given the price. I could live 2 weeks off of that so just for 3 photos it’s so embarrassing. Thank you for nothing i’ll now have to wait till my next degree to get my pictures (hopefully). A tip for anyone graduating soon, hire a personal photographer you’ll get 100 pictures for this same price the next day (maybe less).

I am very disappointed to find out that I have to wait 4–6 weeks to get a digital image without any changes. I specifically said I didn't want any edits, and there weren't even options to change the background on the day. I was charged £20 on the day and another £29 to collect something that takes ages to process. What a waste of energy. You are better off paying a private photographer or just taking the pictures yourself.

I attended my postgraduate graduation ceremony on 3 July 2026 and purchased the Graduation Family Pack.
I requested an additional photograph with my husband and was advised at the venue that this would be added to my order. However, to date, I have not received any option or communication enabling me to select or pay for the additional photograph.

I have submitted multiple enquiries through your official website on a weekly basis regarding this issue but have unfortunately not received any response. I have also attempted to contact your customer service team by telephone on +44 (0)1223 734759; however, the line has either been engaged or there has been no answer.

I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter, and I must say that the lack of response to both my online enquiries and telephone calls has been both disappointing and frustrating, particularly given the reputation of your long-established and respected company. These photographs are very important to me and my family, as they capture a significant milestone and cherished memories from my graduation ceremony.

I have finally received correspondence from your colleague following this Trustpilot review. However, this matter has not yet been resolved.
I look forward to being able to purchase the additional photograph, as originally advised by your staff at the venue on the day of the graduation ceremony.
It has been frustrating to experience such a prolonged delay, particularly given the lack of replies to my previous enquiries and unsuccessful attempts to contact customer services by telephone. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible, as it is now approaching one month since the ceremony took place.

Expensive, poor value for money, poor customer service and a lack of quality in their products.

The company is fantastic and everything was well designed to ensure smoothness during my graduation. Specifically Scott helped me out with me getting my gown and cap for my masters and ensured it all fitted well, made my graduation feel more special
