Thank you for raising your concerns regarding the recent incident at Greystoke Court during Storm Darragh. We deeply regret any distress or inconvenience caused and would like to address the situation directly.

We take great pride in maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all our work. Our processes comply with rigorous industry standards, and we adhere to strict guidelines set by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and other regulatory bodies. This includes conducting risk assessments, securing worksites, and prioritising the safety of our workers and the surrounding community.

During the storm, despite having measures in place to secure the site, the severe weather conditions made it unsafe for our teams to work at height immediately. The safety of our staff, residents, and the community remains our top priority, and we mobilised our teams as soon as it was safe to do so.

We sincerely apologise for the materials that were blown into the surrounding streets. This is not reflective of our usual standards, and we fully understand the concern this caused. While storms of this magnitude pose unique challenges, we are reviewing our processes to ensure all measures are as robust as possible to prevent such incidents in the future.

Our teams have since been on site, working diligently to secure the area and restore safety. We appreciate the community's patience and understanding as we resolve this matter.
