ECS failed to turn up when they were supposed to - both at the original and the rescheduled times. Their excuses seemed fairly valid, but it's what they did (or in this case, didn't do) afterwards that really stinks. They've made no effort at all to respond to my several messages nor to find another appointment time despite initial assurances at the time of letting me down (at the last minute). We had been courteous and flexible with each other until they failed to turn up, and upon me expressing my disappointment (in a very civil manner), I've apparently since been 'ghosted'.
I wasted a lot of time talking to these people, only to discover their lack of courtesy and professionalism at nearly the last hurdle. Shame on you, ECS, for not having the decency to even respond or follow up. I'd hate to think what you're like at responding to people when they need you to fulfil your obligations under warranty.
