Hey brother do not use this company I promise you they will scam you out of your money, I just got out of the phone with one lady she was basically saying why would I have to factor so much with the money they're taking $900 back from me right now saying that I put the wrong paperwork but they actually manipulated the paperwork and put a a at the end of the number and cause confusion and said that I uploaded it but at that time I was getting into it with a representative that was doing my paperwork and he switching my paperwork around and now they're taking money back away from me saying that I got overpaid, for real for real I warn you these people will lie cheat and steal to get your money, also at the beginning they lie and said that I was at 2.5% that windup came being alive they started charging me $35 a load with a $10 pool down in their app, the beginning of the lie was the recruiter his name was Mr harsh, the lies after that have came from many other workers that they had that were working with me to factor loads and it's one girl named Ashley she's like a professional smartass with a bad attitude that I told off a little bit and she's holding personal vendettas against me going for anything at my account to try to make me lose money watch it do not deal with this company bro I'm trying to tell you they will rip you off with all your money they will tell you one thing and then when you go to the I believe number 18 in the class they said that they can change your rate that they charge you from the beginning either number 18 or 16 in the claws that you sign watch it they're trying to make it all seem good from the beginning but truthfully bro I would not warn you like this it's a snake in the grass.

They sent payment for services we completed for my company to a company we don’t work with. They received an invoice with a voided check from my company directly and still paid someone else.
We will never do business with this company again.
Senior managers are the worse in my opinion. People don’t play with their money.

Lower tier employees try helping as much as possible, but sadly management at every level dont seem to care about helping anyone. Managers refuse to answer calls; they refuse to directly address customer concerns; Ive tried on numerous occasions to arrange for a conference call, but management doesnt even acknowledge the request.
The ling and short of our issue is this: Prior to ever contracting with eCapital, we were told we would without question have access to something most factoring companies provide without issue; our sales rep even provided this in writing! Once we moved over, we were later told we do not have access to this tool, and fuethermore, we were told we had to submit all invoices by 10am.
2 very big issues from the beginning.
ECapital has the potential to be a great company, but management needs to embrace the challenges of the job. Secondly, if your front line employees make promises, you have to uphold those promises, rather than trying to hide behind your desk phones hoping the customer stops calling due to frustration.

If I can give 0 stars I would it almost seems like their ultimate job is to sink my business I been factoring with them for a few yrs now and probably had more account managers than I been factoring with them. I recently had a issue with them regarding a credit line I had with them that they didnt believe was being paid back on time well I eventually paid it off after many account locks and them holding onto my money like it was theirs or they were the ones actually running the loads with me. Even after paying the loan off they continue to put my account into negatives due to their $35 invoice fee. Mind u it’s not $35 per batch it’s $35 per invoice which makes no sense cuz any other factoring company does not charge that much they must be making that much off of ppl that they can afford to treat ppl like crap. On top of all the horrible stuff they been doing to my business they had the nerve to send me a email stating they no longer are going to factor my company as of may 30th, 2025. News flash eCapital please hurry up and send me my letter of release. Don’t factor with this company if u plan on keeping ur business cuz they will find ways to try and sink it.

This is the worst factoring company to do business with. Even months after you quit doing business with them they will not release you to go to another factoring company. So if you need your money to run your business do not chose E-Capital, they have horrible communication. They will not let you talk to anyone in certian departments and have to argue with them to talk to management. Even months after you not longer use their services and you do all the appropriate measure on your end they will not give you a letter of release and they will not give another funding company information so you can get your money through another company. This is by far the worse company that I have ever dealt with the 10 years that I have been in business.

Worst Factoring company ever, do not get stuck with them. Even if you do everything as per their terms to end the contract they will still keep all your reserve. One of our customer accidently paid them after we got release letter from them and we requested for the payment and again no one is replying. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We actually transitioned from Pathward to WEX and decided to go with eCapital instead of staying with WEX. So our transition was somewhat more complicated than usual. Johnny at eCapital made a complicated situation as simple as possible and we appreciate his dedicated support overall.

Best customer service and whenever I need help Ashley Black my account manager always helped me to resolve any issue regarding invoices. Sometime i have confusion but she always explain how and why its happened. Sometime i have lots of questions in a day and i feel like i am bothering her by asking again and again but she always help me and give me a solution without complaining. I appreciate her efforts, patience, and her positive attitude. Best manager and i appreciate her work.
