I have been working with E capitol for the past 5 years and have always had a very good experience, thanks to the help of Helga and Alex Sanchez. I recommend E capitol.

It's the worst place I ever delt with in my 20 years in the trucking crear

Right from sign up to funding invoices, everything is a nightmare with this company. We were told all the rosy stories but ended up with nightmare. It takes literally 3-4 days to get funds into your account which they lied at the first place saying it will be same day funding. We never had any problems with our previous factoring company where we will have funds in our bank account the same day we submit the invoices. There is literally zero help from these people. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORDS AT THE TIME OF SIGN UP!

Everything from set up to fees and time to customer service.
We were told something else , poor management and services.

they take 3 days for EFT and no other method never switch until you have full transparency we are regretting for thjs switch , we wouldn't recommend.

I signed up in February of 2025 with an excellent sales rep named Randy. I think that's the best thing eCap has right now. Their transition team was a bit slow. Took me almost 3 weeks to get funded from the sign of my contract. Their collections team is trash. You will have aged invoices all the time. So what's the point in paying for factoring if you have to call and collect money yourself. They offer zero support when a load recourses. They really do not care about you or your company. Their software is trash. Their funding method is trash, gotta wait until the account manager is leaving for you to see which loads paid or didn't. If you upload and a load is not verified by the broker with their automation system, the load will be just removed and you'll be left wondering where the load went. Account managers do not answer emails and rarely call back. They don't train you on anything but uploading so if you're new to factoring this is definitely not the company for you. Oh let me not forget to mention that they WILL NOT REPLY TO BUYOUTS, so you are stuck with them for the life of your business. The fine print also states that if you terminate early it's 5% of you account limit NOT open AR. ECap is by far the worst factoring company out there. They will drive you out of business. I will say the one thing that was good with them is their express pay option. That's it.

Im very satisfied with eCapital. I didn't know what to expect but over the months ive gain a relationship with them. Had great experiences with everyone.

From start to finish Johnny McSorley was very helpful and available each time I called or emailed him. He was thorough answering all of my questions and concerns about getting set up with eCapital and made the process smoother.

they are fraud they put our loads money into someone account now they are saying get that amount from that person .ever they don't have ratecon BOL or POD

I would have given a negative review if possible been with this company for over 4 years and when i decided to move to a different company is when they showed there true face my same day funding started getting delayed by weeks saying pending verification and this customers we are working for years they tried the best they could to make sure we get underground before we leave them so I would suggest everyone please read your contract carefully specially the fine lines

E Capital dropped many carriers like hot tamales w/out advance notice. They parted ways w/carriers w/less than 5 trucks is what we were told. Our accounts were sold, no worries; however, they are taking several months, holding onto funds that no longer belong to them & need to be sent to our current factoring carriers. Numerous emails, phone calls, etc.... have been ignored. Still to date, they have the funds pending in their accounts & refund to send the funds to the correct factoring companies.

Beware ..
Im not sure when they got over taken by people from a third world country but they have just gotten worse, they think by just sticking to their lines that they have rehearsed every day that they are resolving the problem. Their verification process has now changed to go through 100 people before it gets approved due to "fraudulent activity" and yet they still cant manage to get it right. I now have to rush all my batches (more money for them) and even then they still wont pay on time and its only 4 out 6 invoices getting paid if were lucky because there is always something wrong with a paperwork according to them.,. before i would bill by email and a batch of 30-40 invoices no rush and got paid before 2pm or by end of day and rarely had paperwork issues.. you will talk to the representative and shell turn around and do the opposite of what you just spoke about .. they are a literal joke,, I'm sending in invoices with brokers that i have years of long relationships and still manage to mess something up.. my business is taking big losses due to the incompetence of eCapital I do not recommend giving them your business!

First I want to say thanks to Alex Sanchez at ECapital for listening and understanding what I was facing. A friend of mind referred me to him and told me he’s the man to see on factoring and he’s going to get you onboard. Business owners in the trucking industry knows about Net 30 accounts and how aggravating they can get. I was trying to do whatever and get funded while I was waiting on my checks to get paid bills don’t stop. Alex understands that and I see he takes his job seriously. He always checked up on me and kept me updated and also have fuel cards as well something I’ve been trying to get for a minute. If you need factoring done Alex Sanchez is your guy give him a call
