Ive been with eCapital for a year and a half roughly, and I am yet to experience anything that has set me back ever. My Rep Miss Beatriz Quiroz is nothing short of amazing, shes made every month better than the prior one. With every bump in the road us carriers face and every expense that piles on, its such a relief knowing I have such a responsible and dedicated rep on the other end anytime I come across an issue with brokers or accounting departments. They say nobody is perfect but its hard to relate that to miss Beatriz and how easy she makes things for us here.
