The worst. “1 hour advance” is actually a 6 day pay and they still charge you for a 1 hour
Also, the idiots can’t read rate cons or BOL’s
Have to explain it 2-3x and re-submit the invoices just to get paid.
Lastly, they can’t seem to do any work. If there’s an issue with broker/shipper, they ask you to step in and do the job they are supposed to do.
What’s the point of the service if they can’t even do it correctly and efficiently?

over 3 weeks to complete a buyout. passed on to several people restarting the process over and the previous person wont respond anymore. No quick pay option or any other incentives they sell you to get you to sign up are available

Our account manager Anahi Salgado is hands down the person who has kept us with ECapital this long.
She takes so much care in handling all issues with our account. Every time I call her, she offers solutions and assistance.

Not what expected to be, when I call them I never resolve my problem, my agent never answer my call, they keep changing agents on me, at the end is the same, I needed to learn procedures to factor and they never taught me how, thinking to switch factory now.

Big shoutout to Nattasha Nayyar at eCapital! She handles our trucking factoring seamlessly. Funding is fast, communication is clear, and she always goes the extra mile to help us out. Highly recommended!

After bringing forth an issue with eCapital, and after expressing displeasure with said issue, customer service worked diligently to resolve the issue and investigate the problem. There was good communication between eCapital and myself during such time, and I found they took our concerns seriously.

We were then able to find a solution that worked well for both parties and that solution is allowing us to move forward.

The issues that we faced are bound to arise in business; however, I feel that the way in which those issues are handled are sometimes more important than the actual issues, and in this case, I must give credit to eCapital for the way they handled this situation and the mutually agreed resolution.

I do not recommend eCapital Freight to any carrier. Their payment system has become one of the most frustrating parts of doing business with them.

They recently switched to AtoB Digital Wallet, and it has been a terrible experience. The system frequently fails, verification codes are difficult to receive, and almost every weekend the wallet seems to stop working. When that happens, you can’t access your own money to pay for fuel, payroll, or other business expenses.

In my case, the wallet kept telling me it could not send a verification code because the phone number eCapital had on file for my company was incorrect. The problem is that it wasn’t even my phone number—I have never used that number in my life.

I contacted my account manager at the time, Beatriz Quiroz, and asked her to update the phone number. The issue was never resolved. When I called back to follow up, I was told she was no longer my account manager. It seems account managers change so frequently that it’s difficult to know who is responsible for helping you.

The biggest issue is that you no longer depend only on eCapital to receive your money—you also depend on a third-party digital wallet that can prevent you from accessing your own funds if something goes wrong. That is unacceptable when you’re trying to run a trucking company and pay your bills on time.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend eCapital Freight. There are other factoring companies with more reliable payment systems and better customer support.
