The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone was very warm and good at his job. Nothing appeared to be any trouble to him. I had a question regarding a letter received from a creditor. He was unable to help as not his department but he emailed the correct person. Now if the correct department would answer my emails then I would be happy but the man I spoke to was great

The initial response wasn't…
The initial response wasn't particularly impressive. It took a long time for the calls to connect & a few calls to speak to someone that could actually help me.
Putting all that aside once I did connect with an advisor that could help the service provided was excellent.
Jayalaskha was very knowledgeable & great help. She was very responsive with her email replies and really went the extra mile to assist me in what was quite a stressful situation for me.
