Excellent C S after a poor slow start.
Trevor was a very competent communicator & very quickly grasped the reason for my call.
He's spoke very clearly & helped me achieve the confirmation I requested.
(On a 2nd issue) - He offered to liase with one of my creditors + sent me a copy of his email.
Nb - the slow poor service was experienced with 2 previous agents!!

It's not an instant miracle to your problem
Don't expect your issues to go away as soon as you make that phone call. Let me make this really clear as I'm giving 4 stars, I nearly gave it 3 but...when you make a decision to go into an IVA I hope that you really think it's your last option. This is my last option for many reasons and sometimes in the run up and even after I have felt that life isn't even worth it. So I've opted to do it...but, the main two creditors I have an issue with are still pursuing and taking money, yes it takes up to 12 weeks for it to settle in but the reason for my initial thought of 3 stars was that I have sent the documents to the email address but then to be told that there is a backlog of processing, this is not helpful as since then I have had to deal with enforcement agents who really do not care and further attachments of earnings. Today I called again, got cut off, tried again and I spoke with Sheik Toraub. He dealt with both creditors that are causing an issue while I was on the phone and copied me into one of the emails. Sheik is the first person who has actually acknowledged in person my situation since I took out this arrangement. I don't want to be a nuisance, I have not slept properly in over a year and there is a chance that enforcement agents will still persevere and my wages deducted but I have to put my faith in this process as I really have nothing left. Really think before you put yourself in an IVA, it is not a quick fix. Thank you to Sheik as he was really good to me today and picking up the phone was not what I wanted but he really has made me feel better. As a company sort out your backlog of email contact as I felt like not being here. Thank you, Sheik for helping.

Peaceful payment with the right company.
