Great tasting food without all th preservatives and they have lower calorie meals. They have way better portions than Factor and Cook Unity and they don't sent you expired meals!

This food is terrible. I’ve tried factor and cook unity and they were so much better, which is saying a lot. I threw two meals out after a couple bites. They are cheap and stretched by adding a ton of rice or other nasty carbs! They seriously taste so bad I’m going to freeze them and give them away to the homeless shelter I guess.

First order was totally not what I ordered. Asked for a refund back in March Still trying to get a credit or refund. Talked to 5 people saying it's taken care of and it hasn't happened.
My third order my extra meal was ordered but not included in my box.
I'm feeling really unhappy right now

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Eat Green, and I can’t recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and flexible meal service.

Let’s start with their food selection—it’s incredibly limited. The meals are repetitive and lack variety, making it hard to find options that excite me. When compared to services like CookUnity, which offers diverse and flavorful meals, Eat Green feels stale and uninspiring.

But what really pushed me to write this review was their horrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order, but they refused, citing some boilerplate cancellation policy. I was met with vague responses and no willingness to work with me at all. It’s one thing for a company to have a standard policy, but the complete lack of flexibility or even a hint of customer care was frustrating.

This experience has made me realize that there are much better alternatives out there, like CookUnity, where I’ve had no such issues. Their customer service is responsive, and they actually value their customers.

In short, if you’re looking for a meal service with a diverse menu, better flexibility, and responsive support, avoid Eat Green at all costs. It’s just not worth the hassle

Before eat clean I had serious problems with my digestive system. Nothing my doctors recommend helped. Now I feel better.

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with .. I placed an order on Feb 18 after reading about their ‘wonderful’’ menu but payment was required before you could view the menu . That should have been a red flag but I didnt like it so cancelled within 5 mins with a promise of a refund on my next statement and two months later I am still waiting.
I have called and emailed several times and everytime they are very sorry and will escalate it to the manager which of course never happens .
So beware .. they take your money and run …

Meals are slop from a bucket. Customer service is incompetent. They still have my money in my wallet and they say I don't. Get every transaction number id. Going to claim fraud to get my money back thru bank.

Terrible customer service . The reps are incompetent . They hang up on you when you ask to speak to manager . They sent me food items that were not gluten free. The items were not labeled gluten free when they were supposed to be

The food was honestly just well place together and a good combination.

Options are solid, food tastes good, delivered on time. no issues so far.

Never delivered my product. Stopped responding. Stole my money and I’m currently working to dispute the charge on my cc. They give you no actual tracking for your order and conduct all corrective business via telephone probably so you don’t have a paper trail. Never again and will make sure everyone I know never orders from this company. Just look at the reviews complaining of the exact same thing! And pay attention to the 5 star reviews. Barely any details and very generic bc they are obviously FAKE. This company needs to be put out of business.

Horrible customer service! I would not recommend this meal service to anyone. Still trying to get a my refund I was promised. There are so many other companies, I have tried a few, I would go with any others over Eat Clean.

I canceled before the monthly period charge and was still charged for two weeks of food that was NEVER DELIVERED. I emailed them 3 times for a refund and was told "this has been escalated to upper management and we will get back to you". Two weeks later, I have not received a response from anyone. I called yesterday and was told the supervisor was not in today and would call tomorrow (today). I never received a call. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. Shady business.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I love how easy and fast it is to order. It’s also super helpful when I have extremely busy weeks and can’t just run to the store.

I trust them with all meals! Everything delivered is always perfect, never had an issue!

Very communicative and timely. I have never used this type of service before but I will for sure keep using it!

The best keto and paleo meals I’ve tried. A lot of gluten free options. Customer service was very prompt in responding to any questions that I had.
