PLEASE AVOID ORDERING FROM EAT CLEAN AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TROUBLE! I began ordering meals from Eat Clean a few weeks ago and the service seemed to be going pretty well. The food was good and fairly priced, but after three deliveries, I decided to take a break and skip a week. That is when all the trouble occurred to me. I was double charged for all three of my orders. I reached out by phone many times and then emailed about the fraudulent charges. All I got from them was false promises of receiving a return or getting a call back from a manager, with no results and no one ever calling back. They pretend to help, but avoid doing anything about it. I cancelled my account with them and unfortunately had to resort to filing fraud with my bank and shut off my old debit card to receive a new one. This has been a horrible experience.

Update:
After my spouse and I tried the orange chicken meal in my order we both developed the most painful food poisoning of your our lives. It was 12 hours of both vomit and diarrhea before we were able to function again regularly.

I need a reply ASAP. The poor meat quality was not only dry and unappetizing, it was actually poisonous! If I do not hear back we will have to report this health and safety violation.

I received my package and after trying a few meals I have been very disappointed. The meat every meal I’ve tried so far has been extremely dry to the point where I’ve had to have a jug of water next to me so I can keep drinking every bight just to get it down. I then had my spouse try a few meals and he confirmed the meat quality was extremely dry.

I’m not sure what we should do at this point? We ordered these meals to help us get through the week; however, after reviewing more than one, we cannot continue eating.

Beware! The biggest scam I’ve ever encountered! To start, after about two weeks of getting meals, my third week was never received and my money was never refunded. After about a month, I again did not receive my order and I called and informed them that I wanted a refund for that week and to cancel my subscription. I went into the app and it wouldn’t cancel. I called back and she said that my subscription was cancelled, however, I was charged for the following week on a Wednesday! My card was never charged until the Saturday before the Monday delivery so why would they charge me for the upcoming week when they knew I cancelled my subscription. Have been calling and calling and emailing with no response. It should be against the law for a company to scam people this way. If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and try another, more trusted company because this one is pathetic to say the least. Consider yourself warned!

I signed up then decided I did not want to order. Little did I know the sign up automatically generated an order. When I saw the withdrawal in my account, I immediately contact them. This was SEPT 24, 2024. Today is JULY 8 2025. In Sept they said the refund was processing. I forgot until Nov. Checked again via email, no response. Forgot again until 12, 2025. Emailed, called, sat on hold, was told it was being processed. Called again, emailed again, waiting waiting. Today, I'm told it truly was processed and i should see receipt within 7 days. I'll add more if I don't receive it. This was $119.19

I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks now for a refund. I cancelled my subscription with them, and cancelled my delivery before it was shipped, and was told that I would receive a refund within 7-10 days but still have yet to receive it. I’ve emailed them twice for a status update on the refund, and they keep telling me they’ll check and get back to me but never do.

I have tried MANY meal delivery services and so far the meals from Eat Clean have been pretty tasty but the nutritional label is blatantly false. Hopefully the macros are correct to begin with but if you do the math on the macros they give, the calories are actually way higher than what’s listed on the label. This is totally illegal. I’m not sure how they are getting away with this

Most of the meals are awesome. Have had a couple that were WAY TOO SALTY, but overall we are loving the food.

The food is very good. Please add some additional choices that are lower in sodium.

Horrible food! Also cannot cancel and they keep charging me. Was hung up on the phone and then "no one is available"
CANNOT DELETE MY CC INFO!! On the website the trash can icon does not work, They have my info and I cannot remove it. Put a stop on my CC from them and now Im suing. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

I’ve tried all the meal delivery services that offer prepared, dinner-in-3-minute meals. Eat Clean offers the best-tasting, healthiest food at very reasonable prices. This is the only service I’ve found that provides a selection of low-carb, low-calorie, low-sodium, preservative-free meals. Easy to use website with reminder to review your selections. Timely delivery notices with shipments that are never late or missing. I’ve had no need to contact customer service so I don’t know how responsive or helpful they would be. For me and from now on, Eat Clean is the only food delivery service I’ll be ordering from.

The quality surpasses the competing food delivery services.

I am furious. Somehow while trying to subscribe to clean creations I inadvertently subscribed to Eat clean. Realized immediately, called but They charged me $85 even though I had not selected a single meal and initially would not refund my money. It feels like a scam and I am suspicious how I got onto their site. I am disputing with my credit card company. Buyer beware.

Missing meals. Customer service with poor English skills. Paid $12 for a trail mix SNACK.

My first month of Eat Clean meals has gone very well. The meals have been well done and delivered on time with no major issues. It can be challenging delivering to my senior 62+ building, but they are managing to be on time and have the meals delivered to my apartment door. Beyond that, out of 6 meal delivery services I have tried, Eat Clean is the best rival to Factor 75 (who could just not find a way to deliver properly). Thank you!

I liked the food. I paused it because I over ordered. I will like order again.

Don’t buy from this Company. I signed up and they charged my card before I even saw the meals. I canceled online and via phone call. Been waiting for a refund for 14 days and still haven’t received it. Then they charged my card again today! I have never received a box. They have stolen 200.00. After calling they sent me to voicemail and then just sent my calls to hold over and over until I hid my number and they answered and gave me the run around! Don’t waste your time OR money!

I ordered 3 times from this company. 2 out of the 3 times the food came not cold enough. I had to throw it all away for safety reasons. The gel pack was busted open in the box and took 4 days to get to me. I’ve tried to call and email many times to get a refund but I keep getting the runaround with them saying”they are escalating the matter to the manager”. They also sent me an order that I didn’t order and charged my card for that. Guess how that went when I asked for refund? I will NEVER order from this company again.

Worst experience ever - avoid at all costs. I didn't mind the first few deliveries despite receiving the wrong meals a few times. But recently they stopped delivering my meals and customer service will not respond. In my book that is considered THEFT.

The dishes taste great (dinner and breakfast), and are low in calories. I'm impressed! My only feedback is that the plans require so many meals and I can't eat them all in the alotted time.

I would give it a zero if that were on solution. First order arrived 2 days late and was completely soggy from sitting in the box with melted ice. It also had one of the meal selections wrong. I eat keto and they delivered a non-keto meal. This week came and again a non-keto meal arrived rather than my selection. Customer service was useless. They offered nothing but a sorry. Would refund the wrong meals or swap out and send the right meal. At the price you are paying, they need to get it right. Even McDonalds would replace your order if they made the wrong thing for you!! And not once, but twice….I have little confidence in their QC when packing.
