Bought sympathy flowers and the…
Bought Sympathy flowers and I chose the expensive card! Received a photo of my gift I sent and saw the cheap card attached and the flowers were all different colours and a lot were not what was in the picture, they say the flowers could be different on the day but i didn’t like them..they were ugly so disappointed.. and I would of bought the cheap card instead if I wanted them to get that.. Won’t be ordering again

I have used Easy Flowers a lot for sending flowers mostly interstate and long distance. I have never had any trouble or issue, always delivered on time, flowers were fresh and last and exactly like the picture. I highly recommend their service and product and have told many friends!!

I ordered a bouquet of lilies for my mum on Mother’s Day and she genuinely thought it came from the supermarket. It arrived in a plain plastic sleeve, some stems had no flowers, and not a single lily was in bloom.
The bouquet looked nothing like what was shown on the website. There was no wrapping, no ribbon, and certainly no fresh or blooming flowers. I contacted EasyFlowers customer support, but they couldn’t confirm how the bouquet was delivered and refused to issue a refund.
It was a really disappointing experience. I ended up buying another bouquet just to make up for it. I won’t be ordering from EasyFlowers again.
