I have never been disappointed with…

I have never been disappointed with Easy Flowers. Sometimes particular flowers are not available and any substitution that has occurred, has always been wonderful. I have used EasyFlowers 2 different times within the last month. Both times, different flower arrangements and stunning!

Terrible.

Terrible.
I ordered flowers over a week before the intended delivery date. Easyflowers accepted the order, and took payment.
Then, four days later they contacted me saying they were unable to fulfil the order, citing that the delivery date was a public holiday (which it was at the time of ordering).
By waiting four days, they effectively removed my chances of finding an alternative solution, so I suggested some kind of partial refund as the order would no longer be delivered in the recipient’s birthday (a good business would have been proactive on this). They offered me a partial refund of $7.50! Seriously.
They said their florists were to blame, so in future, I would suggest googling a florist in the area you wish to deliver in, and dealing with the florist directly. Even send them a reference pic of the bouquet you’d like from easy flowers if you wish. This will ensure you’re dealing with the business who will fulfill your order. Easy flowers are happy to take your money, but avoid taking accountability.

Sympathy flowers

I was the recipient of some sympathy flowers today.
The flowers have a lovely scent, however, are all wilted and will be lucky to last a day or two.
Also I have no idea who sent them.
The card had a generic "we are sorry for your loss"

While we are glad the flowers had a lovely scent, they certainly shouldn’t arrive in a wilted condition or have such a short lifespan. This isn’t the standard we aim for, especially for something as meaningful as sympathy flowers.

We do apologise that the card didn’t include the sender’s details. The message is written by the sender at the time of placing the order, so we are unable to add or change this on our end.

If you are open to it, we would really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further. Please feel free to reach out to our customer care team with your delivery details and we can follow this up directly with the florist, and for any resolution, we will reach out to the sender to arrange this.

I ordered sympathy flowers

I ordered sympathy flowers, but what was delivered looked completely different from the arrangement shown on the website. It was very disappointing. I’ve attached photos so you can clearly see the difference.
I tried contacting them, and eventually someone from customer service called me and offered a $30 voucher, which I do not need or want. This situation was quite embarrassing, especially as I sent these flowers to a friend during a sensitive time. I expected much better quality and service. Don’t trust them.

Bouquet out of a Cemetery Bin??????

Our family in the UK sent a bouquet of flowers to my Sister and husband in Perth Western Australia for their Golden Wedding Anniversary.
They cost £75 . They arrived looking as if they'd been discarded in a Cemetery Bin. How dare they spoil what would otherwise have been a lovely surprise.

Flowers for mum just because.

Ordered flowers for my mum twice, and they made her cry every time. Even when certain flowers had to be replaced, they were done so with care and made the bouquets even more beautiful. The look on her face will stay with me forever.

Many options, quick delivery

I ordered flowers to be sent the same day for a bereaved family member and Easyflowers achieved this easily. They had many options to choose from and the same-day delivery fee was not unreasonable. The recipient of the flowers loved them. I'll be using Easyflowers again in the future as needed.

Easy flowers is the only florist for me. Flowers are good quality, the delivery is within a few hours and always well received.
I’ve used easy flowers for twenty years and have always found the ordering very simple and delivery prompt.
Best value too.
