I recently used Easy EPC for an energy survey on one of my units and I was so satisfied by their service that I thought I’d pop a quick recommendation on here. I found them to be really helpful at every stage. I made an initial enquiry for a quote and they were very helpful in answering my queries regarding where I could potentially improve the EPC rating. The price quoted was the price charged. The surveyor arrived on time and went out of his way to be as courteous as possible to avoid any disruption for the tenant. The surveyor took the time to answer my questions and took on board the efforts we’d made to improve the efficiency of the building. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and I am in the process of booking again for another of my units.

I have taken the time to look into your booking, and would like to reassure you that for your property type and given the type of fuel used by your heating system, you have received a very good rating. The rating you have received is in line with the average rating in the UK across all properties, and is significantly better than the average rating for buildings heated with this type of fuel. It is also above the minimum required for rental properties.
