Fairly easy to book an appointment. Local assessor contacted us in a timely manner. Quick but thorough assessment. Few days to certificate. Reasonable price compared to a number of others.

Good 'all-in-one' service for landlords
On the whole, very handy to have a one stop shop for EPC, Gas Safety Certificate and Electricity checks. Ideal for a landlord, and not many companies do this. If they included remedial work for the gas, it would be a 5 (but they only do that for the electric).
