I was visiting Scotland and wanted to support local businesses.

- May 4. Placed order.
- May 26. Partial order shipped to an updated address of a local friend.
- June 4. Returns shipped back for exchange.
- 18 June. Email update said package to be delivered on this day. No delivery
- 23 June. Requested delivery/refund because I am leaving the country.
- 24 June. Email update that package to be delivered 25 June.
- 26 June. Notification from Royal Mail that package has been delivered. My friend did not receive package.
- 28 June. Informed that package was sent to the old address that was on file. I emailed proof of correspondence from seller confirming that address had been updated (and original package was received at updated address).
- 29 June. Seller asks that my friend goes to collect package. She tried but couldn't get into the buliding.
- 30 June. Request for refund.
- 2 July. No response.
- 6 July. Refund credited

I was looking for fairtrade and organic cotton t-shirts and Earth Wardrobe delivered on both - with a wide range of styles. I went for the roll up sleeve women's in three colours. The quality is great and they washed well with no shrinkage. They are longer than pictured but all measurements are given so I would recommend checking these out. The customer service was great and I was updated on the status of my order without having to chase them.

Long sleeved organic cotton tee shirts - all of that was pleasing to find. A range of bright colours means a boost to any casual outfit, just add a denim jacket. I bought size medium for a bit of extra room as a usual size 10. Good fit. I think the neck edging could be a little firmer. will probably slacken after a few washes which would be a pity. I also think the neck line is neither boat neck nor round neck. Would have liked a scoop neck: more flattering and/or a proper high straight boatneck which has a nautical look. That said i got what I paid for especially the colour addition to casual wardrobe. Thx

Very nice organic cotton, soft & smooth. Excellent range of colours. Quality that is hard to find, but good value. No unnecessary packaging. Excellent communication and prompt delivery, I was very pleased as the items were presents for a choosy person! They loved them….

Been looking for a plain Crewe neck sweatshirt for AGES and none of the ones I’ve seen are the right colour, right weight or price BUT along comes EARTH WARDROBE with the EXACT piece of clothing I’ve been looking for. Then there’s speedy delivery and good comms!

Great quality cotton, it feels lovely. Excellent customer service, no AI, it makes a huge difference. My only wish is they start making kids basics.

The bralettes I ordered are organic cotton, lovely, comfy and supportive for casual-wear, not easy to find on the market. Top quality attire and excellent customer service!

Experience was great - excellent value and delivery was prompt. No complaints whatsoever, great option for organic / ethical clothing.

Delivery was delayed by quite an amount due to the company moving warehouses, which is the main reason why I knocked one star off. I feel that this could've been communicated better on the website rather than when I tried to track my order as it hadn't been dispatched for a while! However, customer services were extremely quick to reply and sorted things out appropriately. The top was super flattering! However, it did smell a bit probably from the warehouse or perhaps lack of another bag, nothing a quick wash won't fix though!

Great quality organic cotton sweatpants! I was worried they wouldn’t fit well because they’re unisex, but they look great and fit better than my generic women’s sweatpants. Shipping was fast, and the owner is lovely! Will shop here again 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿❤️

Made an order for a few tees. Site was easy to navigate, especially as I was looking for a specific brand. Thought the prices were really reasonable as well.

There was a little delay on the order, however I wasn't in urgent need so not a major issue. The owner of Earth Wardrobe contacted me to make me aware of why, and when I should expect the order (wasn't delayed too long), and provided a free delivery discount for a future order to apologise.

Order arrived, tees perfect, and the owner contacted again once they were notified the order was delivered to check in. Really appreciate the communication. Major props for communication from a company actually being human too, genuine written emails from companies seem hard to come by at the minute!

What a lovely experience. I was on the lookout for organic cotton storage bags for my bedding ..... and found them here, where I discovered their fantastic line of clothing. The bags are of exceptional value and so well made. I will at some point be returning to buy a few tops that have caught my eye. Delivery was in a good time frame and my purchase was later followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchases.

I placed order EW125904 on 30 May and received confirmation that the order was being prepared for shipment. The order page originally showed an estimated delivery date of Thursday 4 June 2026, and said I would receive a Royal Mail tracking number soon.

I have still not received any tracking information. When I contacted customer service, I was told the order was due for delivery tomorrow, but the order status page has now changed to Tuesday 9 June 2026.

This is concerning, as I cannot tell whether the order has actually been dispatched or not. I would appreciate a clear update, including the Royal Mail tracking number, or a cancellation and full refund if the order has not been sent.

I’m happy to update this review if the issue is resolved promptly.

After I asked for the order to be cancelled, Chris from Earth Wardrobe replied and confirmed that the refund should be back in my account within a day.

I appreciate the quick response to the cancellation request, although the overall experience was still disappointing due to the changing delivery estimates, lack of tracking, and the order apparently not having shipped when expected.

Wonderful good value, quality organic clothes.

I bought 3 organic cotton t-shirts which arrived quickly.
The quality of the material was evident, lovely and soft and they fit really well. I would recommend!

The 2 sweaters took ages to arrive, they were both unflattering, the sleeves were massive the overall fit was too loose. I returned both tops, I then had to prompt for a refund. Slow delivery, slow refund. Poor items, waste of time a and over £6 lost for delivery and returns.

Delivery was running later than expected due to some stock issues but I was politely kept informed via email.

Products are always of a high standard, well made, plenty of colors and great prices.
