Very nice products but only received part of my order and so far all delivery time frames have been missed without enough update. I have placed 2 orders. In the first order I had 3 linen t shirts. Only 2 of them have arrived with no further update on the 3rd. The second order has 2 more of these t shirts and have not received any details of shipment. Having spent the best part of £200, I feel no matter how eco friendly a company is, this level of service is simply unacceptable especially when orders are placed with stated delivery times in mind.
Would not recommend ordering from here.

I placed an order on 11 July. I have no definate delivery date and I have contacted them twice. There is a sourcing issue of products apparently when I use the look up order page. The items will arrive way after the stated delivery date on their shipping guidelines, as a result I would like to cancel my order and obtain a refund but after filling in two contact forms I still haven’t had a reply. Customer service is disappointing. Ordered similar items on BAM clothing and they have been recieved no issue.

Customer service was fabulous. My Superdry skirt was better than expected. Very happy.

I was looking for a good quality classic T-shirt that didn’t cost a fortune and have found it at Earth Wardrobe. In fact I used the bundle option and bought three standard T-shirts that are a perfect fit, extremely good quality and great value. Also I love the fact that everything is ethically sourced. Good service and follow up email is plus.

Good products on the website but sadly customer service is very slow and lacking. I've ordered a few times from them and every time I had to request a refund as my returns were not acknowledged and sometimes I also had to chase the order to be shipped in the first place.

I’ve been searching for affordable bras that aren’t entirely made of synthetic materials that are also affordable for ages, finally found these and thought I’d give them a go.
They are wonderfully made, super breathable and most importantly I don’t feel the need to rip them off immediately at the end of the day and throw them into a fire (so they’re super comfortable). They aren’t the most supportive, so don’t think they’re suited to people needing a bit more support/or for intense exercise, but they work well for a simple everyday/light yoga bra top for me.

There was a delay in my order, which was out of the company’s control, but I was kept informed all the way and also had a check in after I received my order to make sure everything was alright.

I’ll definitely be buying more wardrobe staples from them, as and when my current items need replacement.

Product was exactly what I wanted. Bralettes are so comfortable you hardly know you’re wearing them.

Great quality! I bought 4 plain T shirts and am really happy with them. Delivery was delayed but this was communicated proactively and honestly by the company which was reassuring. Items arrived and I was contacted a few days later to check all was ok with the order. Would definitely use them again as the quality of the products and the company ethics are a refreshing and much needed change.

I am pleased with this purchase. T-shirts are just what I wanted and have washed well nice shape feels like good quality. there was a slight delay in delivery but they kept me updated. Would use again.

What can I say? Fantastic products at excellent prices. It's really hard to get ethically produced t shirts at a great price with such good quality. So many tees are transparent these days, which is a frustration. Lovely colours, lovely fits. The customer service is also excellent.

This is a gorgeous, well made t shirt in exactly the colour blue that I love. The fabric has a smooth feel to touch which makes it seem very expensive, which it isn't. The company were awaiting supplies when I ordered but I was informed about this and was happy to wait. Delivery to me was very quick afterwards. A very good buy, thank you.

Ordered 2 hoodies. No delivery. Sent a message. Chris replied- delayed- delivery today. No Royal Mail tracking no so NOT IMPRESSED.

So now I have a tracking number so no delivery today. Shambles of a business.

UPDATE
Finally got the hoodies 'after' the day Chris advised. They came late in the afternoon- after I had left the house and without the hoodies I had hoped to wear/ use.

I emailed Chris to say I had received them but too late to wear them.

He then offered to allow me to send them back postage free. I have to time for all this.

I then received another email asking if I had received them??????? Clearly I had!

I don't respond to his requests because I have informed him and am BUSY!!
