The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. It is about their scooter not the bike , but it seems don’t make any difference. Scooter broke second week we got it. No costumer service ever .Even if you in theory have 15 days to return the product it is no way to find out how to do so. Do yourself a favor - shop elsewhere.

not only are their bikes the best valje for the money as far as speed and range, but their service is excellent. they sent me replacement parts after i had an issie with the brakes, they also sent me a refund to use towards a repairman installing the replacement parts. this is a super fair and honest compay im happy to have done business with them
WE bought an eahora bike over a month…
WE bought an eahora bike over a month ago. it has several issues.
the front motor didn't work, the bike would drive itself (we had an accident almost where it almost hit a car)
eahora refuses to fix the bike and send spare parts.
ontop of that they have been sharing my personal information without my permission.
typical Chinese ebike company.
Predatory scammers
Please research this company throughly before buying their products. I made the mistake of impulse-purchasing one of their bikes which broke on me within a week. After spending a month trying to contact support I started digging through ebike community forums, which revealed pages-long lists of complaints from people who'd had my exact same experience. What's worse, Eahora isn't even a company registered in the United States, so there's no authority we can report them to. They're predatory scammers, not a business.
I would give ZERO stars if I could
I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company is a SCAM! Received the C100 with brakes dangling. Contacted Eahora… mind-numbing responses that made no sense. I was so frustrated I just went and got them attached. It was well within the warranty period but they wouldn’t pay the receipt because it needed to be done at their center, 6 hours away!!! Who can drive 6 hours for a simple brake attachment?
(Both tires blew within a few months, not covered - that’s not a big deal but still.)
Next, my battery lock won’t work, and I’m stranded. I looked into it and found a big crack on the inside! The battery could’ve easily fallen out while I was riding! Again, within the warranty period, but, nope! Won’t cover it!!! I was so mad!! How is a crack on the inside of a battery casing MY fault?? When I finally got past my resentment and bought another one to install, I saw how cheap the part was and realized that’s how they make their money. These parts are meant to break, and you can’t get them anywhere else. Oh!! And this is what they told me… it’s your fault for taking the battery out! What?? They literally market the bike as being so convenient you can take the battery in and out!
WHY I trusted them one more time, that’s on me. A simple bike rack - easy right? Well, the perfect photos don’t quite match with the 50 parts shoved in a box and thrown at my door 3 weeks late with NO instructions!!! How do you throw a ton of tiny parts at someone and don’t give them instructions?? There’s not even online instructions, just a video, no words - cause, why would you need words!!?? - it’s just music and a guy putting together all these tiny parts and literally blocking the assembly areas with his hand.
Write to Eahora, demanding my money back. They act like they can’t read the words, “I want a refund”. After two weeks fighting with them, I went and opened an investigation in PayPal.
The second I mentioned it, they suddenly offered to refund me.
I HATE this company!!! Any decent cyclist wouldn’t be caught dead on one of these bikes. The bikes are cheap, the parts are cheap and Eahora could care less if you live or die, they won’t refund you.
NEVER again!!! Getting a real bike from a reputable company next time!

I ordered an E bike via their customer support as I couldn't get it delivered to NZ via their website. Right from the outset I told them I lived in NZ. They sent me an invoice which had my address on it and was subsequently paid. Highly excited in anticipation of getting a fabulous scooter I was soon knocked down to earth when I received an email saying they couldn't deliver to NZ. They didn't check a map and didn't realise I lived in Australia 'their words'. I was very disappointed knowing I wasn't getting a new scooter but was livid being told I lived in Australia!
No real problems with Juliet
I've contacted Eahora three times about questions and issues with my Juliet and they have responded within 2 days on each.
The explanations/service provided are adequate and I hope they continue to be.
The bike is a beast and easily goes 100 miles on a charge.
Eahora scammers
While the bike itself is somewhat nice it lacks support from the manufacture. I would suggest to anyone buying anything from eahora that you should not trust them to support their own warranty. They continue to refuse assistsnce on their products. I purchased one from Ebike market place and received it damaged and the MCO improperly filled out. Its going on 4 months now to get the parts to repair the bike as well as a properly filled out MCO. The warranty will run out before i even get a chance to ride it. If you plan on riding it on the road dont waste your time.

Worst company ever. The only phone support is someone taking messages. Email support are just copy and paste. They also tell you that they charge a return fee and don't for return shipping. On a new defective bike!? I am serious. This company are fraudsters.
Bike's shocks are fake and do nothing. Wire's stick out of the control box. One of which was a bare wire. Handlebar post is never tight. Rear brakes constantly squeel. Battery and cheap plastic connect is only 5 inches from the ground. BIG FIRE HAZARD. Reported to Amazon.

Bought a Romeo pro online huge mistake
Bought a Romeo pro through amazon. It was delivered by Fedex and looked like it jad been shipped from Gaza. Opened box to find cracked frame and nurmousn gouges and that was all in the first few minutes. Didn't look at the other side. Just on its own, males it totally unusable. Took pics first then packed it back up. At first they the options were parts which they strongly suggested or a repacment if i shiped it out pocket for a replacement. Then it just went down hill from there. Every email had contradictory staments, manipulation and misleading staments, knowing that there offering unreasonable solutions to recieve a replacment. Here is thr most outrageous example.....my first option was to take the bike to the warehouse....wait for it....in LA cali. I live in Oregon. At which point I could have exchanged it for a new bike, to take with me backing to oregon. Now they say they will send a new one but can't garentee it won't be damaged again and it will be my responsibility and provide no support. The positive ratings on here are from people who haven't had any real issues. The company has no credibility, blatantly lies, extremely manipulate, use scare tactics, and are morally bankrupt. Run.....or pray you don't ever have an issue....probably the worst online company that i have ever dealt with.i never write reviews....maybe 2 in the psst 5years...the other were positive. So ya....don't do it
Eahorascooter.com -DO NOT BUY
I bought a Mangosteen brand scooter from the Eahora scooter website. Within a very short space of time the bike dangerously lost power in the middle of the road and repeatedly did so. Over the space of two months there were roughly 80 emails - I had to dismantle the bike and replace parts they sent. They got me to splice cables as one part they sent was incorrect. They wanted me to drill holes in the frame and swap cables etc. Then they simply stopped communicating when things weren't working. I have now initiated court proceedings as I'm out of pocket to the sum of thousands of dollars. I have a useless bike taking up space in my house. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying these extremely poorly engineered bikes with exposed electrics. I will warn people about Mangosteen and Eahora on all review sites across Europe, US and Asia to make sure people don't have the same horrible experience I have had. For a company to simply stop communication highlights the pathetically poor quality of the company. I will provide regular updates on the court proceedings to let everyone know how Eahora and Mangosteen treat their customers. Watch this space!

This company sent me the wrong bike. Attempted to say it was my fault for not noticing the small icon in the corner before opening. Insisted I try to sell it on Facebook myself. They finally agreed to send a box but I need to provide wrapping and tape to package it. Customer service is poor at best. I'm nervous I will not receive my refund. Good luck getting replacement parts even if you receive your bike. Beware!!!

I received my Eahora Rome Pro on 13 June 2023. My overall experience with it would be rated an 8.5 out of 10. The bike offers a lot of cool features and can greatly improve the quality of your riding. However, there may still be some areas where it could improve further. Nonetheless, I would still highly recommend it to anyone looking for fun. The first gripe is seat padding/comfort poor, and I give it an overall rating of 5.5 out of 10. I've been searching online for a replacement seat with better cushioning. I did a 60-mile ride earlier today, and let me tell you, that seat was brutal on my backside! Upon completing that same 60-mile ride, I had about 32% battery left. I could've probably done an additional 10-15 miles more. The battery/range, in my opinion, meets expectations. It also should be noted that I am a big guy weighing 256 pounds. Maybe somebody who weighs less could go further. Battery/range 9 out of 10. Reliability, I'll give it a solid 10 out of 10 for now, and that's because I only have 525.39 miles completed so far.

Incredible bike, fast, durable, definitely has greater than 100 mile range. It is heavy but if you live in a windy area, the 20 inch tires give it a lower profile and it feels more stable. The original saddle is good but I'm 126 lbs so I upgraded the saddle for a wider and a little softer feel.
This bike is addictive, it performs nicely over many surfaces, it's probably too heavy for extreme single-track .

Fabulous ride. I purchased it to run errands around town. We have solar panels so my ride is free. I had many questions and the support was immediate and helpful. It is an attention getter.
