Excellent Customer Service and Support!

I had a great experience. I accidentally ordered the wrong charger due to my own oversight, but they were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the process. They responded promptly to my messages and were eager to help resolve the issue, making sure I got the correct charger without any hassle. Their communication was excellent, and they clearly care about customer satisfaction. I really appreciate their support and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommended!

Five Stars! Excellent E-Bike and Exceptional Service!​​

I purchased the Eahora Romeo ultra, and I couldn't be more thrilled! My bike shipped promptly. The battery retains a strong charge and works flawlessly with the included charger. Unlike other brands I've tried (like FreeSky or random temu finds), Eahora's build quality and attention to detail truly shine. ​​Their customer service is outstanding​​ – quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and resolved a minor shipping delay question within hours. They clearly stand behind their products. Worth every penny, highly recommend over alternatives!

E-Bike doesn’t work

Well the bike arrived with battery adjustment issues and the rear motor is making a noise that according to Eahora customer service I am obligated to repair or look for someone to help me. They just not accepting the fact that the bike doesn’t work properly and the company should take it back.
The company ignored the content of my emails and keep suggesting that I should repair their bike or be responsable for shipping back expenses and depreciation cost.

Meilleur Vélo, Meilleure expérience de service...

Romeo pro 2 est une machine phénoménale ! Malgré des dinitiaux après des avis négatifs, ce vélo m’a stupéfié. Il dépasse les voitures sans effort et gère les raccourcis tout-terrain. Ses deux moteurs offrent une puissance folle . La construction est premium — acier épais, soudures impeccables. Le service client a été exemplaire : après un problème de batterie, mises à jour quotidiennes, panier cargo offert et batterie neuve envoyée. Ce vélo surpasse les concurrents (comme l’Aniioki) en vitesse, autonomie et robustesse. Un investissement justifié !

I love my Romeo Ultra 2!

I bought a Romeo Ultra 2 and am very happy with it. Before it arrived I was worried that its size and weight would keep me from riding on some offroad trails but so far its been great. I don't notice the weight of the bike as much as I thought I would. Great job Eahora!

I will add that accessories I ordered didn't arrive with the bike, a few were pre-orders and I'm waiting for them but I was supposed to receive an air seat cushion and a universal electric air pump, only the seat cushion arrived. Eahora told me there was a delivery mistake in their warehouse and they are sending another cushion with the air pump and to just keep the cushion I received in a gesture of good faith.

I've received responses to my support requests within 24hrs.

Received the Romeo Ultra 2 on April…

Received the Romeo Ultra 2 on April 29th,, and right out of the box, this bike has amazing power, and handling..I also own an Aniioki A8..which doesn’t come close to the Romeo…if the seat was upgraded to improved cushioning…the bike would be superb for long distance riding..

So bought the Eahora Juliet June 12

So bought the Eahora Juliet June 12, out of the box it had bent defective front forks.. Sent pictures as they asked me to do, and said they would send out new replacement forks, now going on (1) month.. Excuse after excuse, keep saying shipping tomorrow, tomorrow never comes, absolutely the worst customer service bar non.. Now they say no airplanes available to ship to the USA lol, and say Saturday will ship for sure.. Of course I don’t believe it, every message they reply to, they just make up another stupid excuse to buy time, so annoying.. So disappointed and dissatisfied with their customer service, could never refer friends to buy there bikes.. Lesson learned, buy American…

Always impressed

I reached out for part that broke. They responded promptly. Asked a few details and after a few communications resolved my isssue. This is my second bike and every issue they have tsken care of.

Eahora is best! Completely worth it..

Got my ROMEO PRO 2 a few weeks back, and honestly? It's blown me away. This e-bike totally nails that perfect mix of being super powerful but actually practical for everyday riding. Seriously, the power on this thing is wild – hills basically don't exist anymore with the PRO2. 'Power through' takes on a whole new meaning! Plus, the battery just keeps going and going. I'm usually running full speed with lights blazing, and it still surprises me how long it lasts. Putting it together was way easier than I expected, and shoutout to their customer service team – super helpful and actually want to fix things if you need 'em. After really testing it out, I can say it's one of the best all-rounder e-bikes I've tried. Just feels super solid, and honestly? It makes riding anywhere way more fun. If you're eyeing a high-quality e-bike, definitely give the ROMEO PRO 2 a look.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. I tried to write this review on their site but they have intentionally turned off that feature (no surprise). It speaks to the mindset of a company that has no customer service phone number. The only way to reach this company is via email. I ordered a bike from them and they have shipped it to numerous locations around the country but can't seem to ship it to me. They tell me they are keeping their eye on the order as the shipping company gives me real time texts of the order being delivered in a different state. This has happened twice now and all I get is emails telling me they are on it. If they had a number I might actually be able to resolve this but that clearly is not a concern for them. I'm done with these guys. Find a company that cares about serving their clients not just giving them lip service.

Buyers beware!

The eBike was purchased through Amazon, arrived 3 days late and damaged by FedEx. I had to pay for the price of shipping to return the item, it's been a full 2 weeks and NO ONE has processed the refund. This business is awful on many fronts. Buyers please beware!

OLD MAN REBORN ON A EAHORA!

I purchased the Romeo Pro..I have been researching e bikes for a year..always with range anxiety in mind..I am 71 years old in Florida and have been an avid big rider since I was 10..In the last few years with the heart trouble and getting on in years the bike riding has fallen off..I have been REBORN…. received the bike in one week, two hours put it together fully charged it and boy o boy do I love this bike!!!!!!! I put 200 miles on it this week and recharged it once! No more range anxiety! Got it to top out at 32 miles per hour! Plenty fast for me! Went for the single motor as I don’t need any more speed. This bike is awesome I have had no issues except the seat needs help! Ordered the seat cushion waiting for its arrival. Plenty of sore behind with many other bikes so not a great issue. I love love love this bike!!!!!!!!! I know my sons will be wanting them soon!

Poor Customer Experience and False Return Policy

I received my Romeo Pro II 2025 without any instructions, and the online instructions were for the old, single motor model which made assembly difficult. The front fender guard wouldn't fit due to the placement of the front motor wires, and the bike and battery came dinged and scratched out of the box. After assembly, I filled the rear tire within spec (matching the front tire pressure) and went for an extremely short ride. Upon dismounting the bike, the rear tire wouldn't turn. After a few attempts to push the bike, the rear tire blew up. I immediately contacted support (support only responds at 3am for me who lives in California as they are located in China) who informed me they would be sending me a new tire. It has been two weeks and the tire is still in transit. Over this time the bike has been sitting. The brake fluid reservoirs appear to he drowing algae within. When I mentioned this, customer service said the "turbidity" is normal with use. I haven't used the bike at all. At this time I requested a refund as their return policy is 15 days per the website. They have been deflecting my refund request and tacking on additional fees to the refund policy not stated on their website.

Buyer beware! If you receive a lemon from Eahora, they will not provide adequate customer service and will push you around.

ZERO stars if your site allowed

ZERO stars if your site allowed. I ordered an AM 100. It took months to arrive. The battery retainer clip was cracked in half on arrival and missing a piece. The battery was toast and would not charge. They made me pay for a battery tester and then send them a video that the battery was dead. They ignored my emails for 4 weeks while continuing to promise a tracking number. Finally the battery arrived. They forgot to send a replacement retainer clip. On top of that the new battery they sent is incompatible with the charger that came with the first battery. For anyone reading this I have purchased several brands of ebikes including FreeSky, Himiway and NONAME Amazon. All are of superior quality to the Eahora. Their customer service is horrible and they put the onus on the customer to prove they received garbage. Do not buy from this company, it's not worth the hassle when there are so many great alternatives out there.

I purchased a Eahora JulietIII last…

I purchased a Eahora JulietIII last fall. It had drive failure after 12 Mi. They do not have a direct phone tech service. You can only contact them through their E-mail server. They have sent many parts after much delay, bike is still not operative! They refuse to refund the purchase price. After TWENTY-FIVE E-mails still no results. They should not be allowed to be in business.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Search Facebook forums and you’ll find countless people that have bought these bikes that are extremely upset. The products often do not work, the controllers overheat and the company is impossible to deal with. They will nickel and dime you, refuse to refund a purchase and it takes weeks to receive parts from them. Trust me, this will be a regrettable purchase.

She was incredibly helpful in mediating between the company I purchased the electric chopper from corporate. Kaia was incredible. She allowed me to vent and more importantly mediated a solution that was more than acceptable to me. Kaia listened to me and respected my feelings without judgment.
