Transfer funds
You have to contact company to be able to transfer between accounts. Only available Monday to Friday 8am until 7pm ( 1900) and Saturday 9am to 5pm (1700). If you need help re low electric on a Sunday morning you are stuck until Monday morning. No way of being able to transfer funds yourself. This can be awkward if you have young children, ill, elderly, to be able to be in control of your accounts would make life somewhat easier for the benefit of all . I have added an extra star as correspondence, email,telephone was very goid. Very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Keep up the good work 👏

The customer service representatives really give this company good reputation in my opinion. I Spoke to Sade, i really hope i got her spelling right. Excellent telephone manner, polite and professional and really made me feel understood when asking for financial assistance. 10/10 give her a raise immediately.

Bad experience with James the door to door agent - did not leave when I said I wasn't interested, took my information and signed me up without actually asking if I wanted to do it. He lied about the tariffs/savings, then he showed me a fake trustpilot page for my prev supplier, and stood and watched me during the validation call, telling me to lie that he had left. It was very intimidating. I then phoned today to complain and was told by the agent on the phone that it was basically my fault for being intimidated. I was absolutely shocked. I'm not concerned for myself, I've just cancelled the switch. I just don't want anyone else to fall victim to this tactic.
Update: I have been contacted by a sales manager who was genuinely outraged by what happened and they are dealing with it internally, I am very grateful that they have looked into this and hope it won't happen in future.

Issue Sorted.I done a review on the 25/06/25 and only gave a 1 star ..I received a phone call this morning 27/06/25 from a lovely lady.i explained the issue what did happened and why we wasn't happy at all with a staff member..
There was no fault with the lady at all , really friendly, understanding and helpful..we will stay with E for know .
