E (Gas and Electricity) Ltd is a fantastic company. They’re always willing to help, whether it's with top-up support or general help. I have been a cutomer of theirs for over 4 years and their customer service is excellent, calls are answered quickly, and the staff are friendly and efficient. It’s reassuring to know help is always just a phone call away. Highly recommended

Utter clowns - avoid!!!
Pre payment broke around Christmas...I have £30 on the gas card and the machine wouldn't take it. I called E and I was told to take a picture of the receipt and they would refund me. The email they gave me to send it to was a dead email, no one used it. So they were just trying to get rid of me. I called back again and they tell me the engineer will transfer the money. A couple of months later they send someone to put in a smart meter but the engineer said he didn't have any pre payment meters so he put in a traditional gas meter which would have to be read over the phone for payment...they never called. 5 months of constant cancellations due to "engineer availability" he finally arrives today. He tells me I'm sharing power supply with three other flats in the building and gets all frustrated saying he doesn't know which flats he will be cutting off power to. Isn't that their job? How the hell should I know? I'm not an electrician. He finally puts in a smart meter and didn't transfer previous credit (I'm stuck with emergency credit) and the meter itself only picks up the electricity meter...he did not change the gas meter! 5 months of being messed around and he only did half a job!!! And before I could ask any clarifying questions he shoots out the door immediately!! And on top of that they won't let me make an account so I can top up online so the whole thing was pointless anyway. They also ignore your emails and phoning them isn't much better, the staff seem to have no clue what they're doing. Sheer incompetence!!

Absolutely the best customer service with this company!i had previously been with sse(part of ovo)for years and they didnt even bother to email back with an apology after they tried to wrongly charge me on my final bill with them (even after i made a complaint by email and phone calls)
I am super impressed with how this company deals with their customers !they are super helpful, polite and answer any queries quick and efficient.
Would definitely 100%recommend this company to anyone who was thinking of switching companys!
Also there are no standing charges !(been with this company over 2 years now and if i need to call about anything i get through straight away and speak to an advisor who is helpful)just one thing to remember, the telephone lines are closed at weekends but they have emergency engineers for any meter emergencys .

Spoke with a lovely man yesterday about my electric and gas account I had but left them for what I was intentionally miss sold mad information from British Gas that I would save £287.00 a year going with British Gas unfortunately I believed them but I'm so so grateful that E.org called me and we spoke for around 45min to an hour
And I realised that everything BG had told be was actually Wrong and that I would not be any better off
I have now switched back to E.org and will never fall for false information again
I called BG last night to ask questions that DontWasteMiney had said to me on behalf of BG
But the lady was not willing to listen to anything I had to say
So Thank you E.org for all your help and information to help me make the right decision 👍
