I brought a bike for my 7 year old for Christmas and it was absolutely amazing, there was a slight issue and I contacted the company over night, I had a reply from the lovely Davey first thing the next day. He sorted out my issue with such ease and was the most helpful person I’ve every come across in customer service! Can’t recommend this company and their staff enough! Happy happy customer

Best bike company EVER!!
What a lovely company!
Was having trouble loading the payment screen when doing an online purchase. Called and spoke to a lovely man who dealt with my query, had the bike shopped AND delivered the same week!
Amazing price (saved us lots of money) vs all other places we looked.
Not to mention the bike!! It all came perfectly packaged ready for us to pop together. The frame colour is fab! Our daughter is going to be very happy on Christmas Day! Thank you!
P.s they also have a HUGE range of really fancy electric bikes and scooters!

Basis Beacon
I purchased a Basis Beacon ebike in September; the dispatch, cost and spec surpassed similar models. I did have some delivery issues but this was down to the couriers (Arrow) who are renowned for being useless.
The bike itself is great, i've done 700 miles in2 months, crashed it twice and it's still solid. The customer service is great as well and the staff are really friendly.

I placed an order a couple of days. Who and received confirmation immediately. Communication by email has been excellent and my granddaughter bikes were delivered following day. I also ordered two helmets which arrived separately. When I opened th box only one helmet had been dispatched. I contacted customer service and had a very warm welcome and an applology a new helmet was dispatched immediately. On opening one of the bikes to make up the plastic. Little basket had small crack. I wrote and email and had response very quickly. A new basket is being sent out immediately. I am not fault the level of us timer service it has been excellent and the bikes are very cute. Thank you e-bikesdiret for an excellent service.

The warranty department at E-BikesDirect has been outstanding in its level of service, I have had what would in "normal" time have been a couple of simple problems. The team at E-BikesDirect especially Darren, have been wondering in helping resolve the issues. They keep in contact with you and alway follow up and query quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this seller on the warranty department alone, they are a credit to the business.
Shonky service! Shonky trike!
Shonky service. Trike arrived nearly two months later than I was told when I ordered and paid for it. When it finally arrived it was damaged and the brake didn’t work and still doesn’t. I’ve rung and rung, sent photos and left numerous messages over the past weeks but I’m still waiting for David to get back to me about the damage and Darren to contact me about the brakes. So right now I have a £2k+ lump of unsafe tripe that I can’t use because it’s unfit for purpose .
What does it take guys???

Amazing service from initial enquiries to actually receiving delivery of my new bike. Living on an Island has many downsides, one being the ability to get special items. Having placed an enquiry email, I received a very prompt reply, followed by a phone call to answer all my questions before placing an order. I was told a delivery date, and true to their word the ‘special item’ arrived, safely packed. All staff that I had any contact with were knowledgeable and efficient, I also realise that there are other members of staff that I didn’t need to have contact with, but are obviously involved in the packing and distribution of each and every order. So well done team.

Bought an electric bike from them that was defective from the manufacturer, I contacted their customer service and they sent the parts I needed the next day. They also offered to cover the costs of a local shop to fit the parts. Great experience.

Purchased a folding electric bike from these guys and the service was first class, from quote to purchase and delivery.
Three months in I had an issue with the bike (due to user error) which they tried to help me fix, as it was a bit more complex they emailed and confirmed a brand new bike would be sent out to me and within 2 days I received a new bike and they arranged collection of the old one!
Absolutely fantastic service, they deserve more than 5 stars I can give!!

Originally order a haibike Full suspension, only to be told before delivery that the bike was damaged, E-Bikes direct offered me an alternative bike which was an upgrade, which i am delighted with. I have just had the most heart-warming experience from EBikesdirect.
I own a Batribike Breeze (not the most fashionable as electric bikes go) and lost the manual.
I explained by email that I am a single woman and do my own repairs, but desperately need the manual to guide me.
Within the hour they had replied saying that they were on the case and just half hour later emailed again with a link to the manual.
I was delighted, not only with their efficiency but with the way they took me seriously and genuinely wanted to help. I promptly printed out all 27 pages. Job done!

Haibike Fullseven 4…
Just received my Haibike Fullseven 4 and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received from Danny and David. I had a Halfords cycle to work voucher which they were happy to accept and pre-ordered the bike early September. It took ages for me to receive my LOC but nevertheless they reserved the bike for me. The bike came extremely well packaged from a good courrier and had been very well assembled.
Will definitely use them again.
