Haibike Fullseven 4…
Just received my Haibike Fullseven 4 and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received from Danny and David. I had a Halfords cycle to work voucher which they were happy to accept and pre-ordered the bike early September. It took ages for me to receive my LOC but nevertheless they reserved the bike for me. The bike came extremely well packaged from a good courrier and had been very well assembled.
Will definitely use them again.

Over the years I have purchased a number of bikes from E.Bikes direct and to be honest you cant fault them.Their customer service / team is superb as are their bikes and products. Their bikes arrive on time and are packaged correctly with never any damage. A special thanks to Garf and Danny who are also so helpful.

Excellent customer service!
The bike I ordered was an ex-demo model (Dawes Breeze step-through) which had been reduced in price. It arrived very quickly and looked great. However, there was a loud noise coming from it when I rode it, which seemed to get worse. Darren in customer service advised me to try several things, none of which worked, and in the end we had to pack it up and send it back as a return. I ordered an upgraded model (Raleigh Motus GT) and paid the difference in price. Because of the delivery driver situation at present, it all took a long time, during which Darren kept me informed about what was happening, he was so helpful, I was very impressed with how patient he was with my worries about the delays. Yesterday my new bike arrived, looking fantastic! It's the best bike I've had, ever! looking forward to many many miles of cycling! I've only had one spin on it so far, and it's great! powerful motor, easily manouverable despite how heavy it is - it's very well built, very solid, and a nice green/black colour. I'm looking forward to many miles of cycling in the next few years! Again, a big thank you to Darren, in Customer Services!
Edit at 6 May 2023: I use my Raleigh Motus every single day and I still love it! It's a fantastic bike and I'd recommend it for whizzing around the city!

The easiest 5 star I've ever given a company.
I wanted to get my bike through the Bike2work scheme. The process was a little bit lengthy but E Bikes Direct kept my desired bike reserved for quite some time for me of which was really appreciated.
Once the scheme had been approved, they helped me along every step of the way and notified me at each stage of processing. The bike was processed and sent to me within the week.
During my purchase, I have spoken to several staff from this company and their response times are fantastic. I never waited over 5 minutes on the phone and they usually got back to me via email within half an hour mostly.
Big shout-out to one of their customer services staff Danny whose had to bear the brunt of my enquiries. He has frequently gone above and beyond to really make me feel valued as a customer.
The product it's self (Crussis Guera E-Bike) is AMAZING! Although I've only just really had chance to test it, I've loved every minute so far.
All in all, fantastic company, fantastic product and I look forward to shopping with them in the future and will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family!

I purchased an e cargo bike from E-bikesdirect and as I was utilising the energy saving trust grant fund there was a bit of extra paperwork required but this was dealt with promptly by David in sales and all went smoothly.

I had a slight problem with the bike when it was assembled. Contacted the company straight away, and within 24 hours had solved this issue . Customer service is one of the best that I have every dealt with and are a credit to their company . Well done to you all

Delivery of trike was first class. Had one or two questions re the assembly and Davey from customer service was very helpful, polite and responded within minutes. Assembly was easy by the way. Will definitely use again and recommend the company to family and friends.

Just cannot praise these enough. I order my first bike with them end of July, delivery to Jersey was so quick. Unfortunately I ordered a bike far too big for me. So I sold it on the island and ordered a 2nd bike. Arrived today.

Decent item but came in its box plainly visible to see what it was. It was a birthday present for my son and he’s the one that took the delivery! So not much of a surprise. Maybe consider shipping items hidden

My first e bike purchase, was wary of buying on line. However before purchase I was able to speak with Darren who listened to my needs and concerns and helped me choose the Cardinal step through bike with front suspension. The bike arrived when stated and was well packaged. I had a slight problem with a noisy wheel but this was soon rectified with Darren's help. I can say that the After sales service I received was second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company

Just had 2 electric bikes serviced, that were purchased 18-24 months ago.
I was unable to get them serviced before due to Covid 19 restrictions and isolation rules.
The bikes are of their own design and are absolutely excellent, and well thought out for the needs of people of a certain age group.
The servicing has been done quickly and exactly as agreed.
The guys here are efficient, professional, and very friendly.
I cannot fault this company in any way, and will have no hesitaion in recommending them to anyone who asks.

I bought the frozen 2 bike, excellent bike in perfect condition as you would expect. Fantastic company to deal with down to earth, good communication and efficient at getting the bike out. No problems at all would highly recommend. I will be going to these for future bikes for sure

Received my haibike hardseven ebike yesterday and have been very impressed with the level of service from E bikes direct. I used a cycle to work voucher to get the bike and was guided through the process painlessly and kept informed of the progress.
I honestly did not expect to get the bike so quickly and in time for the seven staines bike trip i have coming up.
The bike arrived at the stated time and in perfect condition. All I had to do was unpack it. Put the pedals on. Tighten the bars. And charge the battery. Many thanks to Garf from E bikes direct. I would highly reccomend this company and will use them again in future.

My wife & I recently purchased 2 bikes from E-bikes Direct and we are delighted with our acquisitions. As promised, the bikes arrived in perfect condition, completely assembled except for pedals (easy to fit) and were very well packaged to ensure no damage in transit. As far as the product is concerned we say well done E-Bikes!! We’ll be spreading the word. As far as customer service is concerned, hearty congratulations once again!!!! We’re in N.Ireland & there was a bit of an issue with the carrier resulting in the delivery being just a little later than is their SLA but again Danny from E-Bikes Customer Services stepped in and made everything okay again. Danny is a super guy. He took complete control, he kept us fully informed by personal telephone calls and he really understands the meaning of Total Quality Customer Service. Purchased a bike from this company for my daughter , arrived promptly, in good condition
The bike was to large for my daughter so I returned the bike within the allotted return time for a refund .
The bike was returned through the same delivery company to the sender address on parcel/account on delivery ( I work for this delivery company so i know the return process)
After 2 months now I have not received a refund(£285)
Ebikes saying that bike was not returned to them but their supplier!
I have provided photo proof of the return signature , I’ve had no communication from ebike in over a month
I sent photos of the bike repackaged/ re boxed
I followed all the correct returns process
To me it just seems that they don’t want to give me the money they owe me
Faultless service - great e-bike
I cannot fault either the advice given or the service provided to date by e=bikes direct. Delivery was fast, efficient and free! I was kept updated re: delivery details at every step of the way. My Basis Hunter bike arrived almost fully built (just the handlebars to adjust and the pedals to fit). The bike is advertised with a 25 miles range so I expected less. In fact I would say that used only when needed ie on a slight gradient or steeper hill it does more than twice that on a full charge. Very happy 😃
