This place has gone to the dogs. I booked online for a test. At the time it said 40 minutes so I figured go and get other stuff done. The system sent me a message that my time was close to come in. I got there was checked in by a worker. 40 minutes later m still here. The staff is frustrated and the clients are getting their backlash. All these individuals paying cash for their services. I’m sorry but there should be a system where people paying cash wait. The time keeps increasing on the monitor they keep adding time to the wait. It’s now been an hour and forty five minutes.

Paid to get my results on line. It didn't work. Multiple emails to fix this went unanswered. Finally cancelled the service. They kept billing my card for the next five years anyway despite numerous complaints. Finally, at bank's advice, cancelled the credit card. Finally, yesterday, almost ten years later, someone emails me about 'your problem' and then when I explain the situation start ghosting me. Again.

Suzi was friendly. She made me feel like a person. Also my wait time was very reasonable. The screen that displays the wait time is a great idea.

Actual test was great however doctor did not advise me of costs out of my pocket. As well just found out that Dynacare charges an annual fee to look at your results whereas all others do not. In future I will be going elsewhere for my blood work.

Today I came for my blood test that is done by ANALYN I like her service and the way of talking .I never seen like this kindness lady in dynacare.

Debbie is the only rep that I have will wait for to take blood sample .she is always making my experience painless and efficient .previously I have had very unpleasant times as the rep couldn’t find a vein.they told ne to place my hand flat and used vein on hand! VERY PAINFUL but now insist on Debbie.

My wife recently went to Dynacare in London On, and her experience was terribly. She arrived prior to the opening at 8:00 am. There was only 1 technician on and approximately 10 people waiting, plus the 1 technician didn't actually start taking blood work until 15 minutes after opening.
Why on a Friday, first thing in the morning would they only have 1 technician on is unacceptable. Will never return ever again!!!!

Their customer service is truly terrible. I paid for a test that includes the dynacare plus service and I type in my code to access my portal and it doesn't work. It's been a back and forth for exactly ONE YEAR! WHAT?! How can you not fix my online portal so I can access my results? Soooooo frustrating! Lifelabs is way better.

Bernadette is excellent and has served me lots over the years. She is very professional. However she was absolutely snowed under, her assistant was not there. Not impressed with her assistant used her last time I was in. Not very warm and friendly. Botched my blood draw. I am very nervous about needles and she made it worse. Don’t find her professional or very quick. Think a new assistant is needed in there!

Dynacare plus is a scam, they sign you up for the plus plan and charge you without permission, then they make it impossible to cancel. They wont cancel it by email and you must phone them. I would like to say that they keep you on hold for hours giving you the run around but the phone number actually hangs up on you while you want. These are intentional scams by predatory companies designed to keep you paying even if oyu dont want their services. I have been signed up against my will since MAY, Its october now

I went to St. Vital for my blood work and Kathy was the technician who helped me. She was very professional, gentle, and made the whole process quick and comfortable. I really appreciated how friendly and reassuring she was. Great experience overall — thank you, Kathy!

What went wrong: intake process, paying for membership, accessing my results, even after multiple calls to customer service where they said I would be able to access my results in 30 minutes, because they had fixed the problem. 30 minute hold times to reach customer service and then being given the wrong, or partial information, only to have to call back and wait again for 30 minutes, only to be told it was the first agent’s fault and then that it was interac verification’s fault, supposedly sent wrong pin, which only happens on occasion, whatever, and so on. Supervisor who called me back said it was the intake person’s fault who didn’t check my address, or give me a card with login information, or give me a pin to access the online system, or tell me about the membership fee….. Manager from Yonge and Eglinton location was supposed to call me back, but never did. Ridiculously poor customer service. Charging for a membership to access data and then not allowing you to see your data until multiple calls have been made to customer service to iron out the process is unacceptable, 3 hours of back and forth is way too long in my opinion. Service should be seemless, or at least solved quickly. I wasted a whole morning trying to get my results.

Pros after wasting 3 hours on the phone, my $9.99 plus tax was refunded. Woohoo, that pays for my time and aggravation and loss of work.
Wait time was Less than the estimation.
Blood taker was fantastic, no pain from needle and staff was very friendly.

Overall, I would say, better than Life Labs, but the bar is so low, they both fail in my opinion.

I have gone to Dynacare (Steinbach) over the past several years for numerous reasons. I have never been disappointed. I never have to wait when I make an appointment. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They do not disappoint.

i had my bloodwork done by Lily . She is absolutly aamazing person and very professional . MY vines are very bad and she is an only one who can make it , I am coming to the lab , when she is working there .

Great and friendly stuff at this location ! Cora take a blood samples so good and professional, I realize that mosquito bites more painful than she performs the task !
Fast and respectable service, so I highly recommend this location !

My Dr sent me in for tests, one of them I was told was not covered, I pressed her on it and was told it could be covered if my Dr wrote "something" on the form. I asked what that something was and was told she couldn't tell me. Incredibly frustrating and a waste of time.

I miss when my Dr had in house labs. This location is a joke.

I visited dynacare. It was so busy as usual but staff service good. I want to really appreciate to Donna. She is very nice 👍. Excellent service provided.
