We purchased two Gocycle G4i from Dutchcargo. We came across this company as a supplier of a lightweight folding e-bike that suited our needs, particularly when travelling. We were able to negotiate a fair price based on multipurchase and were provided with a thorough induction and assistance with phone setup and operation of the bikes when we picked them up.
Staff were friendly and provided excellent communication and assistance.
Ongoing communication from the company suggest that they value their customers and are willing to provide ongoing support.

I recently bought a O2Feel iSwan bike from Dutch Cargo. I am based in Adelaide and they were really fantastic in helping me choose the right bike, with phone calls and sending photos etc.
Purchasing the bike was really easy. They sent my bike to a local bike shop in Adelaide to assemble, which was really helpful. The local bike shop made sure the bike was set up correctly for me.

This is our second cargo bike now. We used the first one we brought 6 years ago so much we needed a second for our family. They have a huge range of great quality bikes for every need. Customer service is 10/10. We trialed a bike even as we needed a lot of help choosing what configuration we needed with 3 kids now.

I took my urban arrow to a different shop twice, and they couldn't work out what the problem was, Yoga and the team at dutch cargo solved the issue easily and it only took a couple of phone calls, the arrange for my bike to be fixed home which was very convenient

Purchased an O2feel Equo 4.1 Cargobike for use in Geelong. It is early days with the bike (2 days) however has been great so far. Our 5 and 8 y.o. have had no trouble fitting on the bike together with fully packed school bags for drop off and pickup. It is 5km each way and quite hilly. Trip to school took 25mins at a very leisurely pace. It would usually be 10mins when no traffic on a more direct route via car and 20-25mins with peak school traffic depending a lot on the time we leave. The bike has handled well with more than enough spare battery. I was able to test the school/work route and add an extra ride around Geelong (approx 3 hours total) without going below 50%. Safety was a big concern, biking infrastructure has a long way to go here. Nevertheless when researching a route, was surprised to find I can actually get to school and onto work whilst hardly riding on roads at all. It took a little trial and error and creative use of google earth/maps to work out a route I was happy with before purchasing. In terms of presale I tested it with kids/school bags at the Melbourne store with Yoga prior to purchasing given couldn’t find equivalent quality bike locally. Had a good hour riding it up and down without feeling rushed and having the chance to ask a lot of questions. I liked that it wasn’t an aggressive sales pitch, they didn’t try to upsell me to the more expensive versions of the equo or accessories I didn’t need. Jurgen (owner) then dropped the bike direct to our door in Geelong for a very reasonable fee. Would absolutely recommend Dutch Cargobikes and the O2Feel Equo 4.1 based on experience so far
