Excellent OPTICIAN and service
For what ever reason it took nearly a month between eye test and receiving glasses

I get my contact lenses on a scheme from the Broughty Ferry branch and because of this I got 50% off my specs. Justine and co were great

My experience is always a great one. The staff appear to work hard as I am quite fussy and they always pull through for me and my husband. We will be back next year to do it all again.

Eye examination undertaken. Very professional, with staff explaining all procedures being used. I paid the extra £40.00 for the 3D scans and I was impressed with the feedback that I got on the day on the scans. As these now provide a "baseline" for any future eye examinations, I feel that it was worth the extra cost.

Excellent opticians. Very experienced and helpful. However, I am 84 years old and walk with a stick and the lay-out of the building makes it a bit difficult for me to get around. My previous practice, where I used to live, was all on the ground floor which was a lot easier.
