Hi Mark. Yes, hopefully you can recall that's because most of the items you ordered were on special order meaning we needed to get them in from overseas for you. The shipment is currently clearing customs into Australia and should arrive in our warehouse very soon. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking details as soon as it's on the way to you.

I'm not sure which product you're referring to, but sounds like this is a sizing issue with a product which we are more than happy to help out with.
You can just contact us by replying to your order email or using the contact page on our website and we'll be happy to sort out a return and exchange or refund for you and to try to get to the bottom of the sizing issue.

Hi Anthony,
I'm troubled to read this as I've just investigated your order here. I can see that you ordered on the 1st of Feb (Saturday) and we sent your order the very next opportunity on Monday 3rd of Feb. Tracking shows that your order was delivered on the 10th of February.
I've also checked our email system and customer service system and we have no records of any emails or communications from you at all under your email address or attached to your order.
Is it possible you are confusing us with another store as we delivered within normal timeframe to your area and don't appear to have any communication history with you.

I have purchsed the sleep shorts as gifts for the men in my family
I have purchased the sleep shorts as 2024 Christmas presents. So while I don't know how the shorts will perform, I have given the 5 star rating due to the service provided by your company. (Not only did I receive a courteous, personal phone call when one packet was not available in the size I wanted which was swiftly sorted. Also, I ordered one packet in the wrong size and the swap was both quick and easy)
