The Universe is Love
A friend sent a link to the Drtalk Trauma and transformation Summit. I have spent most of my adult life trying to get to grips with my own trauma. I am a retired health professional and a Spritual Director with a heart condition. I found the interview with Dr Deborah Rozman where she spoke of research from the Heartmath institute highlighting the connection between heart and brain fascinating also the effect of stress on our bodies. Dr Erwin Laszlo shone hope with the title of his interview ’The Universe is Love’
I found it difficult to navigate the website to revisit talks I had listened to, there were almost too many subjects.
Thank you so much to all those who put this Summit together, how fabulous to have access to all this research in my home.

Remarkable Learning Opportunity
The analogy of the healing process being akin to a marathon is a powerful one, and one that I deeply resonate with. The journey of recovery and wellness is indeed a long, arduous, and at times grueling endeavor, requiring immense stamina, resilience, and determination to see it through to the end. But just as with a marathon, the rewards and sense of accomplishment at the finish line make every step worth it. I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from these amazing doctors and experts, who have so generously shared their knowledge, insights, and guidance. The wealth of information they have provided, free of charge, has been an invaluable resource, equipping me with a whole new toolkit of strategies and techniques to apply towards my own healing. I now have a much more thorough and nuanced understanding of the complex nature of this illness, which will be instrumental in charting the most effective course forward. Equally important has been the emphasis on addressing the emotional trauma and psychological aspects of the healing process. Far too often, the emotional toll of chronic conditions is overlooked or minimized, but these experts have underscored the critical importance of tending to that side of the equation as well. With this multifaceted approach, I feel better prepared than ever to tackle this marathon head-on, with the determination and perseverance to reach the finish line of restored health and well being.

Dr. Talks rep, Kimmy, was really wonderful to work with.
She was very caring, receptive, and a gifted writer with empathy and compassion.
I did NOT like hearing Tom Moorcroft CUSSING so much!
When he had his OWN summit, he kept using the F bomb all the time.
I refuse to listen to speakers/hosts like that!!
It's an automatic turnoff that I will never listen to again.
