As someone concerned with my health as I enter my elder years, I am often confused and distrustful of the cacophony of people hawking miracle cures. It has been immensely helpful to find organizations such as Dr. Talks that present scientific studies coupled with actual solutions. It is a relief to find trustworthy experts whose recommendations I can follow.

This seems like a scam to make it so hard for people to get what they paid for, people give up so this company gets to keep the money. I don't have access to the premium subscription I paid for. If it's just a mistake, why didn't customer service respond to my email? They didn't even acknowledge receipt of my email telling them I'm not getting what I paid for. I surmise the two good reviews are from them. My account shows on the subscription tab, 'premium'. But any time I try to access a summit, it tells me to upgrade to premium. The chat help feature on the website doesn't work, and for the past week I've been trying the phone number on the site, a recorded message says something like 'no one is available leave a message'.
Update to the response they just posted about 1/2 hour ago: I call BS. It reads like AI generated slop. It didn't read my complaint clearly stating I sent an email. It placated an emotional state it patronizingly assigned me. That's a tell of AI customer service models with standard training.
The 'suggestion' to look in purchased content isn't even relevant. Of course I checked there. Maybe this company was reliable when it was first started. Now it seems to be a facade just to funnel funds. Notice the other recent review talks about there is nobody there. The company is owned by one guy, who apparently doesn't have any human customer service.

I signed up for a $97 one-year membership with DrTalks. Later that same year, I cancelled the membership specifically to avoid being automatically charged again.
Despite this, I was recently charged another $97.
Since discovering the charge, I have made numerous attempts to contact customer service to resolve the issue, by email, online chat, and telephone, and have received no response and no resolution.
At this point, the issue is not just the unauthorized charge, but the complete lack of customer support. A company that offers paid memberships should have a reliable and responsive way to handle billing problems.
I would not recommend DrTalks based on my experience unless they significantly improve their billing practices and customer service responsiveness.

I paid for a 1-year Premium subscription in October 2025 and all was going well. As of January 1, 2026 their system apparently had a glitch and I have been unable to access my Premium content. I attempted to contact their support staff via e-mail and phone with no response. I am still trying to get this unacceptable issue resolved.

In the Name of the Messiah Jesus:
I by no means trust or believe in any part of so-called allopathic medicine or sorcery or other fictional and harmful inventions by men.
This summit was about natural healing, which means, to me, assisting God to care for His temples we live in as His spirits.
I, for one, rather obey God than men. Allopathic, as well as all "legal" inventions by man, is opposite God's will, which is the law. Nature is God's.
Keep up God's words and will, which is the law.

Be careful when signing up for membership. The different levels of mbrshp are not explained well & are misleading.
I learned *after the fact* that when you purchase a summit for $97, it comes w/ a free 1 yr subscription which enables you to watch all summits on the website for 1 yr. None of this is explained on the website, or when you purchase a summit (which gives you lifetime access to the summit).
I purchased a $97 summit & when I signed into my acct I saw that I could "upgrade" to a $197 yearly "premium" mbrshp which would allow me to access all of the summits on the website for 1 yr. I didn't know that I already had access to those summits with my $97 purchase (it wasn't explained), so I "upgraded" to the "premium" version. With an upgrade, you should just pay the difference, so I assumed I'd be charged an addl $100 for the premium subscription. I was charged the whole amount. So I had paid $97 + $197 for the same subscription!
There are no controls built into the subscriptions page to prevent something like this from happening, & my opinion is that DrTalks doesn't care. It's intentionally misleading so people will do what I did & purchase a premium subscription on top of a free one that comes w/ a $97 purchase of a summit.
I contacted DrTalks about this and, while Charis Anne (CA below) refunded the $197 subscription, I found our email conversation odd & obfuscating. It's pasted in below.
*****
(Me) I signed up for basic membership for $97/year, then once I was into the membership area, I saw that I could upgrade to premium, which is $197/yr. I thought the $97 I already paid would go towards that, but I was charged the full amount of $197. Is premium membership actually $294/year?
(CA) Thank you for reaching out, and I’m happy to clarify this for you. After checking your account, I can confirm that two separate orders were placed on December 16, 2025:
$97 – This was for the XX Summit 2.0, which gives you lifetime access to that specific summit.
$197 – This was for the Premium Membership subscription, which gives you one year of access to all summits available on our website, without needing to purchase them individually.
The Premium Membership is $197 per year, not $294. The $97 charge was not a “basic membership” fee—it was for the summit purchase, which is a separate product and does not automatically apply as a credit toward the Premium Membership upgrade.
That said, we completely understand how this can be confusing when upgrading inside the members area. If you’d like us to review options or see how we can best support you, just let us know—we’re happy to help.
(Me) When I go to the subscriptions page in my account, this summit is actually listed as a subscription (a "Premium Membership") and is set to auto-renew for $97 in Dec '26. If it gives me lifetime access to the xx summit, why is it listed as a subscription that's set to renew? Wouldn't it be a one-time payment, and one-time purchase? If I cancel auto-renew for this, will I lose access to this "subscription"? Please see attached "screenshot 1" and "screenshot 2". I'll keep the Premium Membership for one year to see how I like it since I already signed up. But I'm wondering what the Basic Membership is if Premium is an upgrade.
(CA) Please know that the XX Summit 2.0 you purchased has a FREE one-year Subscription. Which is why it has a subscription renewal of $97 next year. We can canceled any of the two subscriptions so you won't get a duplicate renewal order for the subscription moving forward. Just let us know which of the two.
(Me) Is the FREE one-year Subscription the same as the $197 subscription I also purchased, where I'll have access to all of the available summits/webinars, etc, on DrTalks? If the FREE one-year Subscription linked to the xx summit is the same as the $197 subscription I also purchased, then I'd like to cancel the $197 subscription.
This isn't your fault because you didn't design the website, but I have to say that this is very confusing, and actually misleading, and if you could send that feedback to whoever is in charge of the design/interface of the subscriptions and purchases page, I'd much appreciate it. It's misleading to the degree where I'd probably never purchase another summit through DrTalks, which is unfortunate because there's good info in some of the summits.
*****
Charis Anne didn't address my feedback in her response to me, she ignored it. She said the $197 was refunded & to "let us know if you have questions." This is not a company I want to continue to support. I don't like their misleading subscriptions page, and I didn't like the reply from Charis Anne, which was unapologetic and obfuscating.
If you can purchase one summit a year for $97 + free yearly subscription, why would you ever pay $197 for the same thing???

My wife was charged $97.00 for renewal this past June 23rd, there were no communications prior to this renewal. We immediately cancel this (day after it was renewed and charged my wife's credit card), sent e-mail requesting a refund on June 27th and a follow up email on July 7th and a call to the customer service on July 7th. Unfortunately, we have not received any communication back from them and the refund of $ 97.00 (I read their return policy, and it was stated that you can cancel it within 30 days and get the refund).
I will notify the credit company and will dispute this charge if I don't hear anything back from them by this week.

I signed up for a subscription a year or so ago, to Dr. Talks. I just received an email on June 4 telling me that my account was charged in the amount of $97 for my subscription renewal. I never received any communication from them telling me that my subscription was getting ready to renew. I emailed them requesting a cancellation to my subscription, as I could find no place on their website to cancel. I have also requested a refund of my $97, as their website states that if you cancel within the first 30 days, you will get a refund. I am still waiting for a reply from them. If I don’t hear anything, I am taking legal action. I do not recommend signing up for a subscription with Dr.talks.com.
*Update: I just received my full refund from DrTalks.com. I am very pleased with their prompt response and resolution to my problem.

I watched the free viewing for Healing Lyme and Alzheimers summits. It gives me so much information which leads me to buy the package with free one year subscription. It gives me access to other summits aside from the one I bought. Thank you for this!

Antwort von DrTalks
Their website is glitchy and slow. I bought the 1-year subscription that came with the summit and did not realize it renews automatically. No support on the chat, phone and email customer service. Easier and better to watch YouTube. I clicked refunds on the website and it goes back to the original page. This feels like a ripoff. Once you get in, they don't let you out. I cannot even cancel the auto renew, Get your info in other ways. The info may be ok but they upsell you and you cannot get out. Also the website is so slow and glitchy, you really cannot access their info that easily. It is also true that all the doctors who speak are trying to sell something -- a product, webinar, coaching, etc. Some of the info is good and some feels like an extended informercial. Hopefully I can get a refund and stop the auto-renew.

Overall, I don't think this is a scam, but I would approach it with caution and I would not pay for it.
Note: I have a background in science & biology, so I was approaching this with a pretty critical eye.
Pros:
-There are a large number of talks in each summit
-Most summits seem accessible for free when you access them during the summit
-I watched a number of talks and most speakers noted that regardless of whatever treatment they were discussing, they recommend prioritisation of lifestyle changes, holistic treatment in combination with conventional medicine (not instead of).
Cons:
-Vis by last point above, there were quite a few claims that were exaggerated, out of context, unqualified, etc. I think it would be challenging if you don't have a scientific background to filter this out. If you take the experts for their word without thinking it through or getting a second opinion, you could be up for disappointment or even danger (one expert was directly challenging FDA guidelines, which didn't feel appropriate for the audience).
-ALL of the experts had a direct commercial product they were promoting, from books to health supplements, to their own practices. Obviously this is not a crime and I believe that they believed in what they were selling, but their enthusiasm for their own product meant that their talks were often very biased. This wasn't a professional conference. It was a sales conference with experts gathering to mutual benefit.
-Finally, many of these experts create content for free on their social media channels where the content was very similar.
-I don't think the platform adds enough value beyond what you can find yourself. For example, they give AI generated transcripts, without even taking the time to review & correct them.
-It's very hard to get off their mailing lists and you are forced to join them for certain content

Antwort von DrTalks
The content is generic and I didn't find it helpful. But the main issue is that despite MANY requests to be removed from all lists, and many promises that this will be done, I still receive their unwanted mails. Beware - if you get onto DrTalks mailing list, you will never, ever be free of them.
I have been following different lessons on DrTalks for awhile now and always learn something new and interesting to help my own personal health or use for clients, friends etc.

Antwort von DrTalks
It's like the Hotel California - once they get hold of you they never let go. I have 'unsubscribed' endless times, to no avail. I have written 4 or 5 mails at least, asking them to please remove me from their list. Each time they have promised to do so, and yet their unwanted mails keep arriving. I'd suggest only signing up with them if you don't mind getting their mails in perpetuity. Because they'll never, ever stop.

Holistic, authentic, competent and easily understandable trauma summit speakers with own trauma experience which they transcended to make it a gift: post traumatic stress disorder becoming post traumatic growth. What I can confirm.
And helps to feel connected to people who were in the same situation, no more feeling alone and "paria"-like. Heartful thanks.
