Our Vacation Guide, Stephanie, got back to us in a short amount of time. I thought that was impressive. She was so kind and I believe she fit very well with our personalities. She listened to our requests and fit us with 2 wonderful tours. It wasn't very long before she encouraged a Zoom meeting. That just clinched it for me. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. To this point all is good.

Great assistance from Stephanie in planning our tour for May 2027. Got up early to share a phone call(I'm in California and she's in Ireland) then went to work feeling happy.

If there were a higher rating Stephanie would get it. She worked with me and my wife for a few weeks. We wanted to make changes to the suggested trip and she was quick to make that changes and to update me on the total amount I would be paying for it. I did this a couple of times and she was quick in the reply back with the changes made. She w answered all my questions I asked over email and by phone. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to make a trip to either Scotland or Ireland. She was great to work with. We look forward to our trip and all the great things that are lined up for us.
