Planning a trip involves a learning experience as we learn about the country we plan to visit, and Stephanie was patient with us as we learned about the options - bus trip? self drive tour? train trip? We considered all of those. Glasgow? Highlands? Edinburgh? Orkneys? Skye? Fairy Pools? Harry Potter train? We received answers to every one of our questions and were able to make totally informed decisions.
