I’ve always wanted different slides than Nike slides, my girlfriend surprised me with 2 pairs, I want more, they’re so comfortable and I wear it daily. The exclusive drops and open communication with the owner is top tier. This is a small business that’ll blow up and is worth your support.

Amazing slides they are so comfortable and I always wear them around the house! they are true to size and I couldn't find a better slide, Ive always had a problem with comfy shoes since my foot is wide but once I found Draco slides they made my foot so comfy. Definitely recommend their shoes and I would for sure buy them again

Christmas Ruined
Ordered 2 slides the last week of November as a Christmas present for my boys. They only sent one pair (arrived Dec. 6th). I contacted them via email, told they would send a 2nd pair and on Dec. 15th I was told they were out of stock (9 days later). There’s been a few back and forth emails; they do not respond within 24 hours like their website says, they say they will resolve it and do this and that - there’s no follow through. After being told they would send me a new colorway and expedite it so I can receive it before Christmas, I was sent an automatic email yesterday saying the “out of stock” pair has shipped but it won’t arrive until after Christmas (over a month since it was ordered). So my kids who asked for these slides for Christmas, will now not get them until after. This has been one of my worst experiences with a company.

During the holiday rush some sizes and colorways sold out faster than our system updated and that led to the partial shipment and the confusing follow up emails, but that’s an explanation, not an excuse. We truly appreciate that you trusted us with such an important gift and we don’t want you to feel like you’ve been left in the dark or misled. We’d really like the chance to fix this with you directly and make sure you’re not left empty handed, whether that is getting you an alternative pair your boys will be happy with or another solution that works for your family. If you’re open to it, please reach out to our support team with your order number and “Trustpilot review” in the subject line so we can prioritize your case right away and follow through properly this time. We are listening, we’re here for you, and we’ll use your feedback to tighten up both our stock handling and our response times so this doesn’t happen again.

Listen to the other 1 star reviews. I wish I had done more research on this company before placing my order.
My amazing foster son wanted a specific set of slides for Christmas this year and has come so far in his behavior and therapy that we did not hesitate to get them. He has had an extremely difficult life and an even worse year (parents losing rights completely in January).
This company has not been helpful and just regurgitates what you say back to them as an apology. It has been over two weeks since placing our order and no movement other than label created. Their A.I. bot, customer service reps, and website all stated processing is 1-2 days but almost 2 weeks later and no movement until today.
After more than 5 emails trying to find information on my order, tracking is finally stating it has movement (still in Florida but out of Orlando).
Customer service rep is telling me that it is due to the shipping carrier when it clearly took them 2 weeks to even give the carrier the package. If it is a shipping carrier issue then get another company or maybe contact your customers to let them know of a delay or issue.
My package should have arrived way before Christmas according to your website especially when choosing and paying for expedited shipping.
Long story short only order from them if you are doing so with more than a month of time to make sure your order actually gets there.

Holiday volume and carrier issues have caused more delays than usual, but it should not have taken that long for your order to move or for you to get a clear update, and that’s on us. We’d really like the chance to make this right: if you can reach out to our support team with your order number and mention this review, we’ll personally review the timeline, confirm exactly where your package is with the carrier, and arrange the best solution for you (including a replacement if it’s stuck or lost). You and your son deserve a straightforward resolution and honest communication, and we’re here to fix this and try to earn back your trust.

The slides are very stylish and comfortable but the shipping is kinda off I ordered my pairs November 31 on Black Friday and they said December 5th but they rescheduled to December 12 but then they delivered it on December 15th the slides make up for the long wait they are so tuff the thunders are my favorite they reflect crazily

Fraud Scam Alert!
I placed an order with Dracoslides.com and immediately regretted it, I have not recieved an order number, tracking number, email confirmation, and am recieving multiple email virus error response messages regarding my purchase. Not only is this unethicle and unprofessional, it is appualing coming from a reputable (so called company) clearly I am not the only one experiencing this issue and it needs to be stopped before it goes to far and anyone else either looses or chances their hard earned money. as expensive as these slippers are this is just sad. I am not sure who is representing the company as spokesperson for these issues. but for their to be this many complaints here about the same issues is staggering and I will make sure I go on a full blown rant campaign to get them cancelled. I literally have no way to contact them no tracking or anything, but my funds went through without a hitch, I smell something foul in the air and I will make sure everyone knows it, I have a background working with the fraud department at a major bank and lets just say, I am putting them on alert.
