i order two draco slides a while back...
i ordered two draco slides a while back and they never came in i asked them to help me and they did. sooner or later they came in to us but turns out they gave us the wrong size for one of them i ordered a 11-12 but a 9-10 came in it ended up not fitting my brother then i asked them again and they gave me a link for an exchange i went into it and it was asking for 45 even tho they were the ones that gave me the wrong size ive never delt with such a difficult company like this i would like a response please and thank you

Horrible customer service and extremely late express shipping
I ordered my 2 pair of slides on dec 16th with express shipping 1-5business days. the shipping label was made the same night because it was updated in the tracking that was sent to me. Dec 18th still no movement. I reached out to support by email and was told we were escalating the issue. Dec 20th sent another email and still no movement response was another automated email that they were escalating the issue. Dec23rd came after 6 emails later there is finally an updated tracking saying my items will be there on dec 27th after Christmas. I emailed them yet again and demanded my money back and definitely return my express shipping because there service is unprofessional and definitely not fulfilling orders properly. Amd of course I received another automated email of escalation.
I will be returning them as when and if they ever get to me and today is Dec 24th. These were my sons Christmas gift and literally the only things that were on his list.
I had hopes for this sote but it is definitely horrible amd will definitely Not recommend to anyone. Will also post this on all social media platforms because the reviews on the site are fake reviews.

Holiday carrier delays have been rough this season, but we take responsibility for our communication and for not meeting the express-shipping expectations you were given. If you’re open to it, please email our support team with your order number and use the subject line: “TRUSTPILOT REVIEW – ORDER #_____” so we can pull your case right away, arrange the return, and make sure your product and any eligible shipping costs are handled properly. We’re not okay with you feeling scammed and would really like the chance to make this right
Scam
Order 4 pairs 10 days later emailed multiple times asking when order was going to ship then 2 days later got email claiming order shipped but after calling DHL and USPS I found they only created a shipping label and these were for my kids for Christmas so I’ve made my mind up to ensure I reported them to my bank for fraud and reported them to the better business bureau. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Shipment never received
I ordered three separate items on December 1st. It is now December 23rd and none of them have arrived in time for Christmas. 🤦♀️ I had express shipping and everything should have been here within 1-5 business days. Also, one part of the website says my gift card was already delivered to an email address and another part of the website says it is still in pre-shipping status. I have yet to receive anything via email or in person from this company. The phone number doesn't even go to a ring, it immediately hangs up on you when you dial it. The chat feature is an AI bot that says it will get somebody to respond to me. No luck yet.

Very bad customer service experience
Ordered a Christmas gift for our grandson on November and purchased the free return add on.
Saw our grandson on Dec. 20. The slides are too big so I tried to return them. The return was rejected and was told it was longer than 30 days. This is a ridiculous policy at Christmas! Bad business. I have emailed 3 times and left 2 tele messages and no one has responded.

TERRIBLE SHIPPING TIMES & COMMUNICATION
Super frustrating experience trying to communicate with this company as everything is an AI Bot! I placed an order for 4 slides as gifts for my sons on Dec 10. More than enough time to be here delivered on time as it states on their website 1-5 business days for shipping. I checked the status DAILY and there’s been ZERO movement as of today Dec 22! 12 days later and stuck in label created. Totally unacceptable and just goes to show this company is highly disorganized and lazy!!! Very disappointing I will not have the gifts my so sons wanted and I spent my hard earned money on in time.

Most comfortable slides
I ordered 2 pairs a while ago, and it didn’t take long to come in, they are the most comfortable slides I’ve ever worn. Definitely worth the wait. They give a really great VIP deal too.
