Easy to buy, discreet packaging, item came in the timeframe promised, instructions clear. Would totally use them again to get more strips.

I was extremely satisfied with the test kit, and the automated customer service. The order was dispatched in a timely manner, as well as being safely and handsomely packaged. I received email updates during every step in the ordering process, until the product had been dispatched. Soon before the arrival of the test kit, I was given clear instructions on the proper use of the reagents. The test kit also came with a link to a handy app that gives instructions on how to read test results for any given substance tested with their kits. My only criticism is that many substances listed in the app are indicated as having unknown results, when tested with certain reagents. A more thorough database of test reactions, especially with a complete visual representations of color test results would help tremendously. I would not hesitate to recommend this company's products to others, or to place another order when the need arises.

This company actually cares about their customers and their wellbeing and their service is great. My package got lost and they resent it no problem.
