Fell in love with a corner sofa that had unfortunately already been sold but Dawn went above and beyond to source the same sofa for us from another store in only 1 day and process our order. We went in to the store today looking for something totally different than what we ended up purchasing (chest of drawers and a bookshelf, came back with a new bedframe and mattress and a dining table). Kelly Langton had a very good manner in helping us with the purchase of the dining room table, no heavy pressure sales, just good informative details, astute in recognising when to check customers knowledge etc. Would highly recommend.

The customer service received from Danny Balcerzak was superb from start to finish.
Danny explained everything about our G plan sofa and chair and kept us fully updated through the order process.
The furniture was delivered a few days ago and we love it.
The delivery men (sorry I didn’t take their names) were polite, friendly and really respectful of our property, this was particularly good as it was pouring down with rain.

5 stars. Great experience in the shop which led to an eventual purchase of my new sofa. Ian Parr made me feel at home, like somebody to trust without the hard sell and he made me a coffee so i could sit for a while and test out my eventual purchase (have poor posture so needed something with good support). Ian did me a great deal on my sofa and i would certainly recommend Doorway to Value.

Mr. Ryan was the best kind of salesperson for my wife and I. His technique was highly personalised which is what we both prefer. His experience and patience was just the ticket and the key to our final choice. He gave us plenty of time to consider our options and left us in private to consider with no pressurised sales chatter. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

We visited over the weekend with a list of things we needed, and Peter was fantastic! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and really went above and beyond. Excellent customer service — thank you, Peter!

Called in on the off chance to find a new sofa. Allowed to walk around and try out as many as we wanted without any sales pressure to purchase one. Jason helped answer our questions and let us take away a sample book of fabrics. We returned the next day and placed an order with Jason who was so helpful and knowledgeable about our purchase.
