Having used Door2Tour on 2 separate occasions I can say that both Hayley & Caroline are helpful & knowledgeable. Any questions I've had they've answered. I wanted to explore all options of one tour I've booked with them & they found out everything I wanted to know to help me choose the best way for us to do it. Nothing is too much trouble for them & I can recommend without hesitation.

I had a few questions when deciding which trip to choose. These were abley answered, by the same person over several emails.

Prompt call back very knowledgeable & helpful. I booked a solo room for this tour. I also wanted to book a Lake District tour but unfortunately the one I had chosen was no longer running. Hayley went 'above and beyond' to find me another suitable tour which I also booked through Door2Door. I would thoroughly recommend their services.

Absolutely echo all the good reviews. Excellent booking service and wonderful to talk to a person with the booking and any other questions so I cant fault the service so far . I just hope the weather is as wonderful when we do go on our tour to north Devon .

It was very useful to speak to someone on the phone and both members of staff were extremely helpful - going above and beyond to get me the holiday I was looking to book. They were reliable in that they responded to phone messages and emailed promptly with any information.

This is the first time I have booked with this company the lady callled Hayley was really helpful I exlained the situation with my partner but she got in touch with the hotel then got back to me which I really appreciate this was so helpful so I will look forward to to going on this holliday

Great experience having all available holidays in one place

I found booking this holiday to the Isle of Wight quite an experience, Hayley is a wonderful person and a credit to the firm, Hayley made things so easy for me and she bent over backwards to solve any problems or questions that I had put to her, nothing was to much trouble for her and I will put this company in my favourites so as I can go back and book more holidays with them,

I’ve yet to go on the holiday (TDF ) but so far I’ve found the booking process to be very easy .
I had emailed Hayley many questions and she always responds promptly. I had a telephone conversation with Carolyn and again was given all the information I needed.
Hayley and Caroline are polite and professional.
