Insanely frustrating
Insanely frustrating. Zero support and I'm out a lot of money. It's like they are running a giant scam. Stay AWAY! They are selling domains that are not verified. I went through the entire negotiation process, transferred the funds through escrow.com, only to find out that the domain was never owned by the individual claiming to own it. Now I'm out the escrow.com non-refundable fees.

Little value offered
Domain Agents acts as the middle man but I have to think there is another way to make a transaction to buy a domain name. They do next to nothing, then turn you over to escrow.com which adds on lots of fees. You can't even pay without additional fees. In the end the purchase cost 20% more than the agreed price. All of these fees were not disclosed upfront.

The cost me a Domain by being inaccurate
Was sent to use them for Domain Bid I started through Name Cheap. Went through the entire process and came to agreement with the owner of the Domain. Turns out he didn't own it anymore and Domain Agents had the wrong information. What a joke. Extremely disappointed. You would be better off contact the owners yourself.

The domain I put a bid on had low value. Was not in use. Also in pending expired mode.
I offered the asked minimum price of 199 USD. (think it is minimum price for all domains in their system, what a joke)
the counter offer I got was 6999 USD...
The automated emails from domainagents,com said I could make a counter offer. WHat a joke!
There is no personal service, it is just automated emails.
