We have been using Dolphin for a few years now since the installer of our stairlift (Oak Tree Mobility) let us down and failed to cover a "free" service and told us they no longer deal with stairlifts when we rang for our first service. From our experience of dealing with Dolphin over a number of years, as a top rate company Dolphin fully deserve 5 star rating. The ladies in the office that deal with queries or arrange service bookings are most helpful and very pleasant to speak to, unfortunately we have no names. All the engineers that have visited us are very professional and effective. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. They include Neal, Sean,Adam, Ben and Lewis. Apologies to any I have missed. Great service from all.
