Did a good job on my old car. Since having it back there was a sllght leak in the boot when it rained but with no rain since I am not sure how much a problem this is.

Excellant service picked my car up from my place of work kept me informed on the repairs and when my car would be ready completed all work to a very high professional standard and delivered my car back on the date they promised outstanding company

The only positive was that they contacted me and informed me the part was still unavailable.
The negative was that after four months, my car was delivered dirty inside and out. The fuel gauge was so red it was painful to look at, wondering where almost 20 liters of fuel had gone, if I'd make it to the gas station in time, and the car was covered in scratches.
After a brief intervention and heated discussion, I received a £50 refund for fuel and a wash, and the mechanic came and fixed all the scratches.
I will definitely never return to this garage again. Learn from the best in the business – Master Cars (Birstall) Limited is a place I recommend without hesitation.

Took too long to pick car up and too long to fix it. It was returned with faults that they have refused to fix fobbing me off with it's an existing fault. So now I've got to pay someone else to do the work

DLG had my BMW for body work repair after a lovely deer decided to say hello.
From start to end, they were fabulous.
The pick up guy was fab, even noticed work needing doing that I hadn’t spotted but he made sure he came back from securing on his truck to tell me!
Customer service was excellent; They went through every step clearly on what I was to expect.
They kept me updated on what was happening and the time frame it would be done in.
I was surprised when they told me I was getting it back early.
When I got my car back, it looked brand new again; they even hoovered the inside! A job well done!!!

We were referred to DLG Basildon through our insurance and the service was too class from collecting our car till it was dropped back. They arranged the hire car and kept us informed during the repair. Excellent job on the repair itself, and even gave the car a deep clean inside and out. Would definately recommend and use again.

Will never put my car into this repair shop again. Had new scratches on my car, stains on the drivers seat, two different coloured head lights fitted and when it returned to sort it out, they refused to take ownership. Stay clear of this company, they will bump you off

A woman ran into the back of my car and within an hour Direct line insurance (who DLG motors are a part of) phoned me up and said DLG would collect my car. A few days later they did.

I was kept informed of progress throughout.

Car was returned in immaculate condition (it had been valeted inside and out) and returned in better condition then it went in!!

Great commuication, contacted when vehicle was going to be collected and also delivery of a brand new courtesy car, return exactly the same car delivered back informed of date and time , repair to car was excellent 5 year warranty on repairs, could not fault personnel approach with everything concerned , would recommend the garage to anyone

My car went off for repair and was fairly quickly returned sadly bits were missing and the job wasn't finished, some parts were still broken, 2 weeks later an engineer came out and couldn't repair it in the carpark. Another 2 weeks later they took the car away and gave me a non like for like replacement as apparently they don't have to honour that if they mess up the repair. I finally got my car back and its ok and I cant be bothered to complain any more but its not great.

Had an accident with my car and DLG Auto services repaired my car through the insurance. They did a great job on my car quick turn around when I got it back the car looked great.
