Regular updates on the progress of my vehicle repair were very much appreciated.
When I collected my vehicle, they gave me time to inspect the repairs and did not rush me. I did find some glass fragments behind my granddaughter's car seat. As soon as I advised of this, they took my car away and cleaned it.
Only downside was that they washed my car mats which are fabric, and put them back in my car wet. So when I picked up the car, the inside of my windscreen was covered in moisture which the inspector then also had to clean and my car although it did not smell bad, didn't smell too good either. Receptionist is really nice young lady.

Seat "Ibiza" car arrived on time in immaculate condition with full tank of petrol. Did not take long to adapt to driving although very different to my own car. Drivers both times were very polite and helpful.

DLG were extremely polite and professional. They kept their appointments to time and did a fantastic job in the repair of my vehicle. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
