Not happy with the service
DLG Auto service person collect and drove my vehicle from my home. In return, after service/repair, i got my vehicle in tow saying that
1. Tyer thread depth is not in legal limit(Which i am not aware of and it passed the MOT almost 9 months back).
2. Another Tyer got punctured (This was repaired almost 3 months back and i never had any issue after that).
Delivery person suggested me to change both tyers, until then vehicle will pulling on one side. I changed both tyers and did 4-wheel alignment. After doing that also i am seeing vehicle is pulling one side. I called the garage two times, they say like they will call me on what to do next but i never get any call back. I have another service pending in couple of months, i am planning to get it repaired from outside. When i gave the vehicle to you initially, i don't have this problem. In return after the insurance claim, i got my vehicle with new issue. This new issue i am suspecting that repair is not good.

Excellent service
Excellent service from start to finish. They called me about half an hour after I reported the accident I’d been involved in to Direct Line, to arrange collection. Explained all that would happen and gave timescales which were met. Car came back like new. All staff I spoke to were very friendly and understanding.

poor quality service
Car held 4 weeks longer than first said buy absolutely no communication at any point to say why, or to update completion date. At came back dirtier inside and out than when it went in.

Good service & repair of my vehicle
Everything went smoothly and the people from DLG were all friendly and polite. I should have been contacted by an assessor after my car was collected but I did not receive a call about the likely cost of the repair. This is the only reason why I gave four stars, it otherwise would have been five.

Not Professional, Don't use them
This company replace my front bumper and work was not done properly, there was a gap between side wing and new bumper. 2ndly number plate was fixed with ordinary double tap and I lave to get a new one.

From start to finish, from delivery of a courtesy car by a lovely lady to speaking to men at the garage, and then our car being returned clean and shiny by Dave.

Top quality repair service
Car repairs were top quality and finished a couple of days earlier than estimated. Collection and delivery dates were agreed in advance and the team called on the day when en route. Ideally a shorter delivery/collection slot (morning/afternoon rather than 8am to 5pm) would help with planning my day.
